The visit and purchase was made very pleasant by the staff, a Sofalogist named Nicole. It was relaxing looking round. We weren't pressured. then found a bargain and sofa we liked. Made the purchase and had the delivery, payment, aftercare all explained.

The staff were brilliant,gave plenty of informstion about how tp buy a good couch/sofa.
Attentive qnd spend quality time wiuh client.

It was unfortunate the Lady who graciously and expertly served us initially was not on duty the 2nd day we went back after we made up our minds on what to purchase

Not knowledgible of the product.
Tried to push for other products without underatanding our need
Took too too long on paper work

Failed to focus on key points on our experience or what to expect after sales

How do we get notified of delivery
Who will or what company to avoid us being scammed becuase deli ery services scammers afe rampant

So left us worried

Told the sales rep exactly what we were looking for and she walked us round the store showing us the suites that met our criteria. Had a difficult choice to make with the very first two we looked at but we were given time to think it over and we went back the next day and placed our order. The whole experience was very good and we didn'tbother going to look anywhere else.

The sales assistant was very helpful and gave me excellent service

Customer Service was very good

We visited Sofology not very happy with the Insurance Company having taken months to take action over our two settees.
Nicole Lippi was extremely helpful and charming - she spent time with us sorting out our problem and we came away very pleased with Sofology.

Nicole who served us was really friendly informative and not pushy which we really appreciated she welcomed us explained how the system of fabrics and pricing works and then allows us to enjoy looking around before we decided on which sofa to go with, we are yet to receive but the service up to now has been great !

The sales rep Nicole was professional but at the same time offered a personal service.

Sofa we ordered was too big for lounge, we called within 24 hours to change, company took so long to get back to us it was outside their 48 hour free change period so they offered for us to change sofa at a cost of 25% charge, which would be £825 charge 🤬
