We purchased 2 beautiful Sofas. Was talked into having plastic sliders at £20 a settee. They were totally useless and came straight off. Also they put on £200
insurance which I did t ask for. . Just watch out for hidden extras. The settees were beautiful I dud eventually get my money back for insurance and sliders. But if you don’t ask you don’t get

MADE AN UNPLANNED VISIT TO ORPINGTON WITH A VIEW TO PURCHASING 2 ARM CHAIRS. IT WAS A QUIET TIME NOTWITHSTANDING THAT THE SERVICE I RECEIVED WAS EXCELLENT. EMILY THE LADY WHO SERVED ME WITHOUT BEING PUSHY WAS ABLE TO PROVIDE ME WITH ALL THE INFORMATION I NEEDED AND I SECURED MY PURCHASE

The sales lady was very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. She made the sale pleasurable and was not pushy.

Staff were friendly and helpful bust not pushy.

Kerry the assistant that helped us with choosing our sofa was amazing!!! Honest and straight talking, which we liked, had a laugh as well. She didn't just have her sales head on, she really was honest on what we was looking and how to choose. All the staff was very friendly. And I thought the prices were very reasonable.

Sofology itself was good, but V12 finance made a simple issue very complicated, so i just put both sofas on my credit card, which saved me an unnecessary headache

I was looking to buy a modular sofa and Emily was great assisting me with what i wanted. She listened and answered any questions I had. Emily helped with the layout and explained some things you can't have although you can design to a certain extent. Sofology has a huge variety of sofas to meet everyones needs.

I ordered two sofas a two seater and a three seater. The order was placed last October 2025 got them delivered the week of Christmas. Both were damaged where there were digs and even a staple popping out of the back . They had someone come out and touch in with abit of paint to hide one of the pulls. The other was so bad it went back.
Anyway today the 8 th March 2026 I have my new two seater delivered and again damaged.So yet again have got to contact them to let them know. Not happy they can not be checking them over before they are delivered.

Elife the sales person was attentive but not pushy. She was on hand with tape measure and was a human measure when I was trying to guess the difference between my sofa and what I was planning to buy. When I got home I realised I had not chosen the correct colour mix. One call to the shop and Elife changed the order.
