Very pleasant purchase from Declan at Norwich Sofology he couldn’t of been anymore helpful with our purchase and also following up on dimensions and help with ordering

The whole experience was so easy the salesmen was very knowledgable and left us to make our mind up unlike the previous shop we visited were we felt under pressure.At Sofology it was all sorted and all completed in our own time.

Very helpful staff and gave us time to look around and then helped us with the one we picked.

Mel was really great and spend time with us discussing what we were looking for including fabric, price range and size

Really knowledgeable salesperson in the Norwich store. Was the only shop that we could find that would do the configuartion we needed.

I bought a leather corner sofa from sofology believing it to be good quality boy was I wrong the leather has started peeling on the 2 seats that we sit on no other areas . When I bought the sofa a lovely salesman also talked me into buying the extended warranty.DONOT buy a Castalan insurance cover. I have claimed twice to get the peeling fixed but the first time a technician said I was over cleaning the sofa which has caused the peeling, a few months later there is more peeling so I tried claiming again this time a different technician is sent and he states I am NOT cleaning it enough!! . I called sofology and they say the leather is only covered by them for the first 2years that says everything they obviously know the leather they use is sub standard and not fit for purpose. Beware of buying leather sofa’s from sofology

Extremely disappointing customer service incorrect product delivered
This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had.
I ordered a chair in a specific colour, but the store subsequently ordered the wrong colour. I also did not receive an order confirmation at the point of sale, despite requesting a copy more than a month before the delivery.
When I raised the issue, the store manager initially confirmed that correcting the mistake would not be a problem. Unfortunately, my experience with the head office customer service team has been very different. Despite explaining the situation repeatedly, I have been unable to get the chair I originally ordered in the correct colour.
What I find particularly disappointing is the lack of clear ownership. Rather than providing a straightforward resolution, I have repeatedly been told that the matter is being investigated through “internal processes”. Meanwhile, I am left with a product that is not what I ordered and no satisfactory resolution.
Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a company deals with them. In my experience, the response from head office has fallen well short of what I would expect from a company that values its customers.

Wayne was helpful, answered questions and showed us many options but we bought the first sofa we sat on!
We did add a few extras like heated seats and insurance so Wayne was upselling. Now we await the sofa - 12 wks which seems to be the norm, then we can comment on the actual sofa

Declan in the Norwich branch was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, he went above and beyond to help us get everything we wanted, great customer service Thankyou!

Plenty of selection. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. No 'high pressure' sales. Staff there for when needed. Good prices. It was a good experience.
