Great staff and great follow up.

Steph was very helpful, friendly and with great product knowledge. No sales pressure and no rush to get us out once the purchase was complete.

The furniture is excellent quality, as is the whole experience.

I recently visited the North Shields branch and was assisted by Stephanie Bowie. She was clearly very experienced and extremely knowledgeable about your sofas. Stephanie made the whole experience enjoyable and straightforward, and she is a real asset to the branch.

Great help and advice with buying the furniture

Just brilliant, staff member knew exactly what I needed and offered a different sofa to the one I wanted due to size restrictions of my living room, really friendly and professional. I don’t usually make decisions as quickly but this was not the case here. Excellent

The range of furniture is excellent. Leanne at Silverlink is great, not intrusive at all, very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant, a great example of how to provide the perfect service.

Mark who was the person went through our purchase, he was very professional, caring and knowledgeable about our purchase, explained everything to us from the actual sofa, after care,delivery, and all the essentials required about our sofa, after our purchase me and my partner were so happy with Mark, he's credit to the Sofology company. Great selection of sofas to chose from, I wish I had a bigger room or two lounges as it was very difficult to chose from the selection of designs and fabrics on offer.
Joanna was brilliant to deal with, very knowledgeable about the products and talked us through all the options available to us, lead times and finance etc in a friendly and patient manor which made the whole process stress free.
