Went into the Kingston branch. Purchased 2 sofas and a footstool. The sales representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. No pressure to buy anything (it was our second visit having checked the dimensions).

A large selection of sofas, fabrics and leathers and we are very happy with our purchase.

Greeted on entering the store, but no pushy sales staff. But when ready for information on certain sofas it was given .
We dealt with Junior who was very informative and was given a quote on what we were probably thinking of buying
After looking at other stores
We came back a week later to purchase our preferred sofas and decided on the fabric colour and speck
Again other staff members recognised us and dealt with Junior to purchase
All after checking a couple of more questions

We had looked on line before visiting so knew the type of sofa we wanted. It was important to visit so we could sit in various similar sofas and see the various things that were available. The person who assisted us (Sammi) I think was so easy to talk to and knowledgeable about the product. Would recommend visiting the store as there is. I pressure to buy just helpful people who give you time to make your decision.

Our salesman junior was amazing from start to finish, he never left out a single detail that we needed to know !! He was attentive and so thorough with detail, that he helped in so many ways to choose our perfect sofa !! Thank you

Nice friendly sales people not pushy at all

We were immediately greeted by Nina and she was terrific. Really helpful, thorough and had answers for all our questions.

Went in late on a Sunday to browse and found a sofa we liked , the salesman Nip went above and beyond for us fantastic service and really knowledgeable.

We had an amazing guy could Junior he made us feel very welcome into the store…never pressured us to buy….just giving us lots of info about each sofa we looked at….Then when we finally made our choice he made it all very easy….Great guy and will definitely tell our friends about the store and Junior 👍

A very well set up store. Easily accessible and good parking facilities. All the sofa models I wanted to see were available. Customer service was great. All my queries were answered and all the options were clearly explained to me. I did buy the sofa I wanted finally. The only thing I would suggest is to have an area with a daylight wavelength light to see and photograph the actual colour of the material. The 6000k lights completely change the colour when taking a photo

The staff were very attentive and helpful and we were able to select the suite that best suited our needs so well done. Won't hesitate to recommend Sofology to all our family and friends.

No pressure & no rush

I visited this location multiple times over the course of 2 weeks, I had narrowed down the options to 2 sofas so tried them out and then went away to think and consider fit etc. Went back the last time to be greated by the same Sales Representative I had seen a couple of times previously. He didn't hover and just let us know to take our time.

Eventually decided on a sofa and caught his attention. He came over and we went through all the details, He provided advice and guidance and also the discussion around how it would be brought into the property when it's delivered.

I felt reassured by his not pushy demeanour. So made the purchase of the 2 seater power recliner and power headrest sofa.

Special call out to the Sales Rep we spoke with Nip. Who was a pleasure to discuss things with.

I would have no issue recommending this location.
