Sofology - New Malden Recensioni 

Took the time to find out what we were looking for and good knowledge of what was available.

I purchased the product and still waiting a delivery appointment.

Sahlin Sahlin greated us with a very warm welcome, very professional young lady ,when we asked Shlin about different sofas she answered all our questions,didnt pressure us into buying anything,because of her professional knowledge and warm welcome we did end up buying 3 leather Recliners, I would highly recommend this store and the great service my husband and I got .thank you again Sahlin.

Our sales consultant Ayas Mohamed (New Malden branch) was great.
He explained the options available (within our budget) & gave suggestions based on our requirements.
Ayas was very patient & helpful whilst we were still deliberating.

Have not received my sofa as yet but the experience so far with customer service and the salesman at the sofology showroom has been excellent !

A wide range of sofas to choose from. It was very clear what the different size and colour options were for each sofa/chair. The service was excellent: friendly and knowledgeable. And you get coffee and biscuits 😆😆.

We made a purchase on April 9th with an unsuccessful delivery due to unforeseen measurements on May 15th. We tried to stay in touch with Sofology to remediate this issue and reorder as soon as we possibly could. Much to our surprise the customer support is extremely unorganized and slow. It is impossible to pass beyond the initial general inquiry customer help and get a manager on the line to get things done. They can never connect you to the right person to resolve your issue and ask that you wait until they get back to you. It is unacceptable to operate in these terms. I had my deposit in and could not get out otherwise I would back out and never come back to buy from Sofology.

We visited Sofology recently to find a new sofa and couldn't be happier with the service. Ayas assisted us and was brilliant—he really listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect match without any pressure. It made a big purchase feel very easy. Thank you!

The service was great with much support from sales personnel.

Really happy with how this went. Went into the shop not totally sure what I wanted, and the staff were helpful without being pushy — they left us to browse and only came over when we had questions. Good range to choose from, and we got to actually sit on everything before deciding, which made such a difference.

Junior from the New Malden branch knew his stuff and straight away new what type of sofa we wanted when it come to size, shape and comfort ability.
He made the experience stress-free. We came with our measurements and were shown on the iPad the possibilities our space would allow.
It was also great to see it visually as of course they don’t have every size / style in store.

We also last minute had to bring our children with us and they were made to feel welcome. They were offered biscuits a drink and some colouring in.
I would 100% recommend going to the New Malden branch and chatting with Junior.
Cant wait for the new sofa to be delivered!!

I am perfectly happy with the service so far but the sofa has not been delivered yet so until then I cannot make a complete score

The lady assistant was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable it helped in making a choice but I knew what I’d like and she found it for me and more! We bought other items and the men in store helped me to my car every one was great and made the visit enjoyable..thank you

Staff were fantastic, not pushy for a sale and advised us very well. Manager also assisted when staff were not available.

The New Malden store staff were extremely helpful in addressing any questions we had regarding the sofa and associated mechanisms, its construction, delivery, price etc. Consequently having visited other well known sofa outlets we decided to order through Sofology and now await a delivery date and installation of our sofas. So far everything about sofology has been very positive and based thus far
on our experience we have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
