Great purchase experience, we felt welcomed and looked after since we entered the store. All our questions were answered, which led us to believe we made the right choice in the end. Delivery times appointed were reasonable, overall we definitely recommend Sofology for great design and quality sofas.

The staff were friendly and attentive without being pushy. Knowledgeable about the sofas. Open and transparent about additional extras with clarity on those being optional. The whole process was efficient and detailed. Delivery time estimated at 11 weeks.

Staff were very helpful, however signing up to payment terms were terrible as all automated. A simple task proved very tedious, getting lots of links sent via email and calls whilst at work. Not good

The gentleman that serve us, was very helpful, knowledgeable, very patience and got all done smoothly and quickly. No problems were raised.

Pina was brilliant made the whole process so much easier. We couldn't decide which sofa to go with. We looked at others similar and ended up with our original choice. She was so patient with us and so helpful.

Anita was so helpful and explained everything very carefully. We initially thought that there wasn't a corner sofa in the shop that would work for us but she kindly explained that a lot of the sofas in the store were available as corners so we took another look around and fell in love with one! Thank you Anita for all of your help.

Pina was brilliant. We saw her on our first visit, to browse around as we were considering replacing our sofa which we originally bought from Sofology about 9/10 years ago. It is relatively in good condition but i was starting to have problems with the comfort for me. So we decided Sofology was going to be our first choice for buying a new one.
A week later we returned and Pina helped us again to make sure the sofa we were already very keen on, on our first visit was definitely the one. I wanted to try some similar to the one we liked. We ended up with the original choice. She was so patient with us😀. She was really lovely to talk to and explained everything we wanted to know.
From sofa choice and leathers etc through to the purchasing. Can't recommend our experience enough. Thank you so much Pina.

Really helpful assistant called Anita in the Maidstone store. Although we'd already decided on our purchase, she helped us through the process of the sale, delivery and everything else in a very friendly and not pushy manner.
