We had a really great experience at the Sofology Maidstone store. From the moment we arrived, both Emma and Caroline were incredibly helpful and welcoming.
They took the time to talk us through the different sofa options, fabrics, and configurations without any pressure at all. Their knowledge and advice made the whole process very straightforward, and they helped us find exactly what we were looking for.
Emma and Caroline made the experience genuinely enjoyable and effortless from start to finish. It’s refreshing to receive such attentive and friendly service.

Very good service from Caroline at Maidstone branch, helpful, friendly and very non pushy.

Emma was very helpful and informative too. My only concern was how many times some of what she was saying was repeated 3 or 4 times, made the experience drawn out.

Greeted with courtesy and politeness. Every step of the selection and ordering process was explained fully. We were not rushed into decisions. Prices were openly discussed.

A young man, Jamie, assisted us today. He was very helpful without putting pressure on us. Listened to what we were looking for which resulted in us purchasing a beautiful sofa.

Colin, the salesperson was polite, helpful, informative and not pushy at all.
