Was great the staff are really helpful and always there to give great advice. Great quality and highly recommend

It was good to be able to look around the showroom without b feeling pressured but to have someone close by to answer any questions we had.
Great selection of furniture with different fabric options and the showroom was laid out in a way to see and try the furniture out.
Whilst the sales people seemed very young, they were really knowledgeable and very friendly.

Expert knowledge and attention without being pushy.

Finding out about other sofas not on display and showing us equivalents to make decisions easier.

The company were ok to deal with the the sofas are dreadful and designed badly . Spent 4K on a sofa and the angle of the sitting position has caused me leg and back problems from a week after sitting in it . If I stop using it the problems go away , they have a serious design fault .

The lady that helped us in store was very knowledgeable and proactive.

Popped in last thing on a Sunday and managed to complete order in less than 20 mins.

The first member of staff we met, Dawn, was great and really helpful. We tried a couple of sofas we had seen advertised - not for us, but Dawn was great, told her what we needed, how we sat to be comfortable, and she took us round the store, all of us ticking things off if they were not suitable.

Really helpful, and thanks to the store manager Kris for letting us take colour swatches home for a night or 2 to help us decide on colours.

Cannot recommend highly enough

Very pleasant atmosphere in the store, I was able to wander round without any hassle, but when I sought advice a sales person was nearby without going to try and find somebody. Well done. The sofa and armchair I have chosen were extremely comfortable so well done. The only disappointing part was the delivery charge which seemed very steep but otherwise excellent service.

Found what we wanted. The staff were very very helpful & polite.looking forward to seeing our new furniture when it arrives. Thank you

It was a pleasant experience to visit the Cheltenham store. The ladies were knowledgeable. Our 2 young boys also enjoyed the staff.

My experience of buying my sofa today was very good. Scott was very informative and professional. It took me a while to find him to get attention in the store, as he was the only person serving at the time and he was busy elsewhere in the store.

Excellent customer service..we went to the Rugby store and met Jason who was excellent giving us great customer service in a relaxed friendly manner,we hadn't moved house yet so although chose our settees we didnt purchase at the time ,we went to the cheltenham store a few weeks later and the biggest
surprise was to find the same experience in cheltenham store from Alex ,who again gave excellent customer service in a relaxed friendly manner .....would highly recommend
