Fantastic staff

Fantastic staff. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Not pushy. They even saved me wasting my time once we had established that the current styles and shapes would be unlikely to suit me having tried a couple of settees. They got a sale even though the majority of suites are too soft, low and deep for me. That is not their fault .

Ben and Matt at Bristol Outlet are really amazing at what they do. Ben was really helpful in helping me select the best comfortable sofa and didnt hesitate to show me each and every sofa available out there in the shop before I could find one I really liked. 5stars for excellent service and customer care. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have to write this review we are just…worst costumer services dont bother buying from them

I have to write this review we are just fed up of chasing them around like no one is properly trained in the department, just say worst ever costumer services or even in the world we are chasing them from last week everytime we ring them they give us 72 hour they will ring us back .
We send back 1 seater for some reason we really want to discuss and solve the situation with what happen in the future regarding payment but no response.
Its just a joke .
And also sale man was rubbish didnt even bother to discuss anything, honestly what a joke from buying to now want to get hold of someone in costumer services.

POOR SERVICE

I was given false delivery information at the Bristol store. The sales process was very good up until the purchase was completed, but once the sale was made, communication became extremely poor. I was unable to get clear or helpful answers regarding my order afterwards.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this store to friends or family.

I’m extremely disappointed with my…

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. After waiting over 2 months for my sofa, I still have no delivery date.

I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, only to be passed from person to person with no clear answers. I’ve now been told the item hasn’t even arrived at the warehouse, meaning nobody can give me any idea of when it will be delivered. It feels like I’ve been misled about delivery timelines from the start.

Waiting this long with no communication or accountability is unacceptable. I will now be cancelling my order.

I would not recommend based on this experience.

Exceptional service

All of the staff in the Bristol store were friendly, knowledgeable & really helpful. I didn’t find them pushy at all. The purchase of the sofa was relatively quick & easy. I haven’t received the sofa yet but the process so far has been great & I would definitely recommend them.

The staff were polite and checked in…

The staff were polite and checked in with us but weren’t at all pushy. When we had questions Haydon was helpful but again not at all pushy. Made everything clear, lots of options and chatted about the fabrics I’d picked out the suitability for my needs.
