Great instore service, and always a great in store selection.

Great customer service. Not too pushy but was on hand to help and advise when we needed it.

On walking into the Bristol store i was really impressed on the store layout and the fact the staff were not pushy,yes she did introduce herself to us but left us to wander through the store, when we did discuss the sofas she was very helpful and knowledgeable and overall great experience. Thank you Mags, yes will be back and this time we will not be leaving without our sofa

I was really impressed with the quality of service he was very professional and he advised me on their different products that the sofa comes with ,i will recommend other customers to visit the shop in Bristol

We had a warm greeting at the door and an explanation of how the sofa modules work
We were offered coffee and was taken to any sofa that would show us our requirements
The staff were very friendly and funny
We had an excellent explanation of how the finance and after-care worked.
The only thing I would say is staff could do with more training on specific functions of smart sofas

I thought the sales lady who helped us (sorry can’t remember her name) was absolutely brilliant. She was helpful, knowledgeable, whilst not pressuring us, and also great with our children.

Great experience overall.

What a pleasant group of people to deal
with!! Intelligent, patient , polite, all information ready at hand, no “essence of salesperson” wafting through the air …
This adds up to a pleasant shopping experience- and I hate shopping!

I will of course edit this review after delivery and Sofology should hope that I don’t experience any issues that I’ve seen mentioned in the single star reviews. At 6% of reviews that is lower than many …let’s see …
It’s always good to use the credit card for at least £100 on these purchases so
you get the consumer protection.
That said, until I see otherwise I remain optimistic…

As I am still waiting on delivery (11 weeks) I cant really give a final review. The sales person at the Sofology Bristol shop was lovely and very helpful. But that's as far as I can go. Hopefully the delivery will be fine.

I don't remember the attendee's review but she was absolutely lovely and made the sofa buying experience really special.

My partner and I were about to move to our first house together. Prior we had lived in a flat and all of our furniture was either a hand-me-down or like our previous sofa £50 from Facebook Marketplace.

The previous day we went to DFS and we walked around the whole store multiple times but to no avail there was no sofa that we really fell in love with. We had found one that we liked but we were still just very 'meh' about it. Fortunately, I decided to delay buying it and instead went on the hunt for different providers.

First we tried Loaf, walked in, sat on a sofa, looked at the price tag, and walked out. Then we went to Sofology which surprisingly we missed despite it being right next to DFS.

The moment we walked in staff were lovely. They immediately offered to make my partner and I a latte and a cappuccino (free of charge) and more importantly, encouraged us to take off our shoes and try out sofas how we would at home.

The sofa's themselves were comparable in price to DFS but the quality of them was on par with Loaf. In the end we decided to go with the Albie three-seater and I am brimming with excitement while I wait for it to be specially made.

Nicky who looked after us was lovely, she wasn’t pushy, didn’t follow us around, and allowed us time to wonder and try out different sofas. She knew her product and was very helpful when asked anything. A no hassle experience, Thank you

Horrendous experience from start to finish! Nothing good to say about the interactions from Sofology staff - certainly not the premium experience they say you’ll get over DFS. Absolute JOKE!
