Great Customer Service
We were looked after by Kayleigh, and she was extremely helpful from start to finish. She provided all the information we needed, explained everything clearly, and her passion for her work really showed. We truly appreciate agents who go above and beyond for their customers, and Kayleigh is a perfect example of that. Thank you for such excellent service!

Worst company I have ever worked with
Purchased a sofa, had it delivered, its damaged and we are unable to use. Have emailed no less that 6 times, had several chats on Chat and calls, and get passed around with no solution.
Now stuck with a broken sofa, and now having to take it up with the finance company to try and get resolved.
Never ever buy a Lazyboy sofa from these people. They will take your money and run

Plenty of choice
Plenty of choice - we had whittled it down to 3 and would have been happy with any one of them. Really helpful and cheerful assistant Mags and nice to have one that was not forcing a sale on you

Great customer experience on a Sunday at Cribbs Causeway, Bristol, a few weeks back. Lovely lady, helped us find exactly what we wanted. Sorry, didn’t get her name :(
We couldn’t make up our minds on the day, but have now ordered the same sofa from Sofology online.
