We bought some new sofas from Sofology in Brent Cross today. We were very well looked after by Raza who was extremely knowledgeable and very patient, allowing us as much time as we needed to make the right choices. We are returning customers as the furniture is high quality and there is always a great range of products in the store.

Went to Sofology Brent Cross to look for our sofas after a refurb. Raza looked after us incredibly well, wasn’t forceful and made sure we had all the information before deciding on what to go for. Would recommend Sofology purely based on his customer service.

I would recommend this branch of Sofology. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and all willing to help. I found what I was looking for and anything I wasn't sure about was dealt with.
My only negative is that there are no discounts and no freebies to entice customers to spend more or seal the deal.

Sajjad Was brilliant. He was incredibly informative and was caring and interactive with our daughter. We are very happy with our purchase and look forward to receiving it.

Marianna at Sofology at Brent Cross is incredible! The most friendliest and passionate customer service we could possibly have ever received. From the initial “good morning” and smile all the way to ordering our sofas - 10/10! Everything was so easy. Marianna took time to make sure we picked the right sofa and optional extras before confirming the order. Even showing us similar ones to the one we first picked, in case we preferred them.
