The process for buying was straightforward with no issues.

I went to sofology today looking for a sofa been looking for a few weeks now and a fella called Ismail was looking after me. We found the one we wanted and he provided me with a fantastic service from start to finish and I bought A beautiful one I recommend sofalogy to anyone who is looking for a sofa

Customer services approach and processes are threatening and inappropriate for the amount of money you are spending!
I ordered a £3,500 sofa in store and had only 48 hours to amend, due to an error made in store by salesperson I called to amend 24 hours later. I was told someone would call me back within 24 hours… I was called back over 24 hours later! I was told I had only 30 mins to make a big decision because my 48 hours later window would be closed and the computer would not allow amendments! This left me unable to visit store to double check the fabric selection…
The sofa I chose in the end was cheaper than previous one and I was advised to sign more expensive credit agreement so basically sign for more credit than I needed by £500! This is all very very poor! I am still yet to receive a new credit agreement which is holding up my order… they need to significantly improve as I have found the whole experience stressful and threatening!

I had the repair Chap visit as I had a slight imperfection in the fabric

Syed is an asset to your company. Polite, patient, friendly and knowledgeable. He is the reason why we will be purchasing from your company. He went through every detail and made sure our needs were met. He was also great with my kids while we was there.

Excellent service, comfortable sofas

Friendly, proprietorial and informative staff, excellent designs and colourways, good product mix and quality. Probably the most helpful staff I've experienced. Store layout great, dog friendly, what's not to like!

Amazing customer service from Kim, Sajid & the team!
Sajid explained the process and went through every fine detail regarding the sofa we liked. A few days later we went back to finalise our purchase and was approached by Kim who was very welcoming and helps complete our purchase. I do have to say the staff at Sofology over all are every polite and helpful keep up the good work guys :-)

Ismail and Saj were extremely helpful in helping us decide furniture for our house. They were super accommodating in terms of what we wanted, helped us set the sofas in different ways and mapped it out for us according to our dimensions. Ismail gave the best advice and opinions which helped us place our order without any doubts. All the options were thoroughly explained to us.
