We recently bought a 4-seater sofa and footstools from Sofology and were looked after by Tom throughout the whole process. From the moment we walked in, Tom was welcoming, professional, and really knowledgeable about the products. He took the time to understand what we wanted, explained all the options clearly, and gave us honest advice without ever being pushy.

The experience was smooth from start to finish, and Tom’s friendly approach made choosing our sofa a pleasure. We’re absolutely delighted with our purchase – it’s stylish, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for.

A big thank you to Tom for going above and beyond – we’d definitely recommend both him and Sofology to anyone looking for quality furniture and excellent service.

Kimoy Donaldson from the Birmingham Highgate branch was very friendly and helpful. We had already decided on the model of sofa we wanted but were open to consider others that would also fit our space. She explained everything in detail and confirmed the lead time when placing the order for the products we wanted. Overall, a great experience in store!

Finding a sofa was the easy bit, ordering online however was difficult as it kept saying something went wrong which was very frustrating.
We went in store to choose the sofa and after going home to measure we then decided to order online via the link Kim gave us, the online service is a bit glitchy so maybe try and resolve that to make ordering online easier.
Obviously haven’t received the order yet so hopefully it will be just as lovely when it arrives.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. I had the most abstract and weird request but Sajaid was calm, patient and keen to make sure I got what I wanted, which is ridiculous because he really did not need to do that and in fact nobody else did. He sorted this out from Birmingham when staff in London, where I am based, were not willing to even try. What a legend! Thank you!!!

Saj and Kim were fantastic at supporting us to find the right sofa! They let us know of all the benefits and extra bits and bobs.

They were especially helpful at changing our order when we needed to and I would for sure shop here again and will be letting friends and families know how great the service is!

My sofa from sofology doesn’t have all the features that I requested. When I called sofology to tell them they said the employee at sofology didn’t put that feature in, when I asked them to change it they said no. Sofology sofa are not tailored to the customer as they advertise it’s tailored to there workers capability it’s a gamble on who you get
