I did not have a good experience with Sofolgy as i have been given false information. customer service staff is not willing to listen to my complain.

I'd added in a footstool on an online and Kimoy spotted I'd ordered a different colour and called to check this was correct. Very pleased.

I was greeted by Ismail who gave me a warm welcome.He allowed me that time to look around myself and because of his approach I walked round looking for him for help.Ismail asked alot of relevant questions to establish what I wanted and my budget.He was professional and articulated each sofa with alot of detail.I was really impressed as he found me a ex display corner sofa which I loved.It fitted all my requirements that I had asked Ismail for.
It did not take me long to purchase as Ismail demonstrated and explained in detail all the functions and benefits.He is a credit to your company and i left feeling really happy about my purchase.

Ismail was really helpful gave us plenty of time with making a decision he explained all the process very clearly and answered all of our questions

Visited the Highgate branch on Friday and was greeted by Maz who was really helpful but not pushy. Went again with my daughter the next day, spending a long time making a decision and Maz again looked after us and nothing was too much trouble. Very helpful, would recommend him anytime.

Your sales assistant Sayed Ahmed really went the extra mile to help us. Sayed was professional at all times and very knowledgeable about the products.

We came to Sofology with a few sofas in mind but were unsure about which sofa was right for us. Ismail was brilliant, talking us through each of the options and was great at answering all of our questions. It’s very hard to pick a sofa and we have been going to loads of stores for a long time viewing sofas we like. However we recently forced ourselves to purchase a sofa by getting rid of our old one. We went to NCF and DFS, cousins, but ultimately the customer service we received from people like Sajaid, Niyaz (Birmingham) and Leon (Solihull) really helped us make a decision. Thank you to those that helped.

As a returning customer at the highgate birmingham branch i would definitely say the service and customer care you get at this branch is absolutely fantastic.I went back and forth three times trying to decide on the sofas i wanted and each time the service was meet with high standards.Saj who took care of me was very patient and guided me well through the store and advised me in the best way possible.I am definitely a happy customer and recommend Sofology to anyone that’s looking for modern updated designs.

maz was excellent throuout the whole time from when we walked in till when we walked out after we ordered.He listened to what we required and helped us to purchase the required and not once did he push or rushed us to make a purchase. We would definitely recomend the location and the salesman named Maz

Sayed was particularly helpful in making sure we had a smooth and efficient purchase despite a time crunch, while making sure all the necessary points were covered, and clearly communicating all the info we needed. Sayed was approachable, easy to talk to and considerate. Overall both staff members created a good environment, and we would shop here again and recommend to others.
