Just had my new sofa delivered and I’m over the moon with the purchase , great company , very professional from start to finish and the delivery lads done a brilliant job I would 100% recommend this company to anyone , thanks guys , Sean .

I purchased one of their sofas via Ebay over a week ago. In the meantime, I sold my own believing it was "in transit". On Friday, I received a call from Harrison to say that the item had been damaged in transit and was beyond repair. I then had to wait for my refund before I could order another. I managed to order another yesterday (not the same one but happy with it). Harrison was not able to give me anymore than free delivery on the new one and wont expedite the delivery after the inconvenience. This morning, I log onto ebay to see the original sofa resisted! No mention of any damage. It is the same one as it is a pre used one, same pictures as the original, no mention of the arm being damaged. I am happy with the one I have paid for but very confused as to why I have been lied to! I feel after all the hassle they should have given me more off the new sofa especially given that the original has miraculously repaired itself!

I’d been looking online for a little while for a new sofa and stumbled across the sofa clearance outlet. They offer brilliant prices for sofas, some of which are practically brand new! Fantastic value for money and a great selection of choice. I’ll most likely return for when we need to do another room.

I called this company and was in a major hurry to find a sofa. I provided room measurements and gave an idea of the colour and type I was looking for and I cannot say enough good things about Khalid he is an absolute credit to his team.
He was very patient listening to my requirements and was not pushy or overbearing either. I feel like I got a really great deal but felt like he listened and was really advocating for what I wanted..

Absolutely brilliant service. I rang to get dimensions as those on the website regarding height weren’t clear. Was given all the information I needed. Ordering online was easy too. Delivery men were wonderful, giving me plenty of notice and were very polite and friendly. The sofa was brought into my lounge, unpacked and checked. It’s perfect. Ordered a leather snuggle chair which was delivered yesterday (Saturday with no extra charge), absolutely stunning. Simple ordering process, fast delivery, great communication regarding delivery and a third of the RRP. We are absolutely in love with our new furniture from Sofa Clearance Outlet! After renovating our lounge, we were on the hunt for a footstool to match our discontinued Sofology Brantwood Sofa. I couldn’t believe my luck when I found one on their website for a third of the retail price! It arrived within just 10 days, and we were so impressed with the service.

Then, after searching for weeks for a compact snuggle chair (around 1m wide to fit our space), I found the perfect one in a colour that matched our lounge beautifully. Once again, delivery was seamless, arriving in around 10 days. The delivery team was fantastic—careful, professional, and friendly.

We were looking for a power recliner for some time but they were incredibly expensive and then the delivery charge on top was extortionate! (£900 in the sale and then another £150 to deliver).
We saw one we liked on sofa clearance website and when speaking to Phil in customer service he reassured me we could send it back within 14 days if we didn’t like it. So we went for it.
It was £399 and only £49 delivery, it was delivered yesterday (a Sunday and no extra charge!) and the guys who delivered it were great. It is absolutely perfect!
Obviously we won’t be testing the 14 day return but it’s good to know it’s there.
Can’t fault this company.

I made an initial phone enquiry and Phil was extremely helpful, explaining the online ordering and delivery processes. The pictures were accurate. Chair and footstool arrived well packaged and condition was exactly as expected. Very delighted customer!

Sofa Clearance outlet are a great way to buy a sofa. Staff replied to my text messages and were very helpful. I bought 2 brand new sofas at an amazing price. The delivery men unwrapped my sofas, put felt pads on the feel, placed the sofas in their place, and took all the wrapping away with them. Excellent service, thank you

From ordering to delivery was very efficient. After ringing to ask a question about a Sofabed i wished to purchase I then ordered online which was simple. It was only 2 weeks for delivery. When the sofa arrived it would not fit through the sliding patio door however after removing the stopper at one end of the doors and the door handle we had an extra 4 inches to get it through the gap. It went in a lot easier. After unwrapping it was perfect and no marks or imperfections at all. I have been very pleased with the process. I had reservations at first due to not viewing in person however I am pleased I ordered and it was a lot less than other sofabeds I had researched and the delivery was a reasonable price. I would recommend to anybody looking for affordable furniture.

They called me to arrange a delivery date and I received the sofa on the 13th January . The delivery guys were fantastic and the sofa was fully wrapped and no marks . Unfortunately at the time of delivery they forgot to include the power pack for the recliner. However this was swiftly resolved after reaching out to them and I received the pack within 48hours

Overall can’t fault them and I would buy from them again . If I bought the same sofa from a major outlet it would have cost me £1000s . The sofa I received looks and feels practically brand new !

We purchased a sofa and footstool via Ebay- was unaware they had a website!

Both the products purchased have been genuine bargains in amazing condition.

Delivery took a few weeks but the lead time is stated on the listing and the delivery men were great at setting up, testing and taking away any rubbish.

One minor hiccup with the footstool but this was resolved promptly and they were on hand to answer my problems within 24 hours.

Would definitely recommend and will be checking here for more bargains in future.

We bought a sofa on this website in July 2024 and paid £1249 for a 3 seater recliner.
However this was a poor quality product and broke in 3 months. When we contacted the company, they were unhelpful and said that this is outside 14day cooling off period and no warranted.
This was a waste of money to pay £1249 for a product that did not last a few months.

well stocked store with a great variety . helpful staff in particular Michelle who was friendly and helpful . No pushy sales staff but they are on hand for advice and product info etc . Delivery staff were polite and professional too. We had a slight mechanical issue with a recliner but the store offered a no quibble repair , full refund or exchange . We opted for an exchange which we are very happy with. Sometimes hard to contact by landline but website has a chat box and e mail response is good . We will be keeping an eye on website for more bargains and store visits are always worth while .
