Sobha is a company which rips off their clients with their dictatorship, once you are trapped in a purchase of property they will impose several hidden and unlawful charges to give you possession of your property which you have paid for.On several account like service charges they will charge you and then in name of maintenance charges they will ask for another payment, there is no explanation for this, secondly they'll allow inspection but will not give you possession even when you have paid for Dewa and services then they will tell that you are late and pay late handover charges, no other company has ever charged like this in any country.
It was Dihia who was too good to handle the situation and very professionally she made it possible to have handover.She is an asset to company.She made it possible otherwise people like us who are overseas clients, Sobha will not co-operate in any way.
Yogesh was too helpful to make process easy.
Overall do not purchase any property from Sobha, don't go after name of Sobha nothing extra in building, it's same as other builders.
I will never suggest any person to purchase any property from Sobha under construction always purchase fully completed project, you won't get any appreciation.

A huge part of this positive outcome is due to Elham from the CRM team. Her dedication to customer service was outstanding. She was consistently prompt in addressing all of my customer queries, no matter how minor. Crucially, she was exceptional at arranging and managing all the necessary documents, ensuring everything was in order well ahead of schedule. Any concerns I raised were addressed quickly and effectively, which made me feel confident and supported throughout the transaction.

Buying a property, especially internationally, can be stressful, but the professionalism and organized approach of Sobha Realty, exemplified by Elham, made it a great journey. I would highly recommend Sobha Realty to anyone looking for a high-quality property and a seamless buying experience.

Exceptional service by Miss Amina Shanza. I was very much un clear about my Oqood which was not opening in my system. She went out of the way and helped sent me the Oqood.

Hereby I would like to share my very positive experience with Sobha Realty. Immediately after booking we received access to their mobile app where we can clearly see the purchase / document status, payment schedule, confirmation of received payments, etc.
Electronic signing of the booking form and later on the SPA (Sales and Purchase Agreement) was also very transparent and easy.
In case of any unclarities their customer support team reacts immediately, following business day at the latest. I am personally in contact with Mr. Safeer Alyousef and his approach is simply great.
