I PLACED A 12kTOKEN TO HOLD A APARTMENT, TILL TODAY I HAVE EMAILED AND CALLED THEM AND THEY HAVE EXCUSES OR JUST DONT RESPOND. THEY ARE SCAMING FEREIGN INVESTORS SO STAY AWAY FROM SOBHA REALTY AS THEY ARE FRAUDULENT ACTORS HIDING IN DUBAI.

Sobha quality is outstanding! Extremely tedious & challenging handover & post sale process but they do have patient & caring customer service representatives like Amina Shazna who excelled at it. She demonstrated professionalism, empathy, effective communication skills & ensured the NOC process was completed in time.

I bought an apartment with Sobha Realty and a month before my next payment, I got ahead of it and made the payment early. I was assigned Oksana Stepanenko as my CRM and collections executive. She is absolutely the worst person to work with. She will respond to your email once every 3 days and will waste your time for over months. Not only did it take her 2 weeks to provide me an account to wire USD into, but after the money was received, she would ask for one information every 3 days. No matter how many proof, details, or attachments you send her, she will consistently ask for them again and ignore your previous email. If this is how everyone at Sobha is, I worry for all future buyers. Beware if you are ever forced to work with Oksana.

My everything was taken care of by Aswati. She is really helpful and amazing in terms of knowledge and dealing with the clients. My personal experience with sobha and aswati were really amazing and i will make more deals with sobha in Future

Amina was very helpful and pushed to get the title deed out as soon as possible

one of the worst management staff that I have ever encountered in my 20 years in Dubai. Most unprofessional and just want to show their arrogance by treating us apartment owners so badly makiing us beg for the smallest of issues from them.

I would not advise anyone to buy Sobha only because of this ongoing issue with their support team
