Lovely mittens, very comfortable pale grey, unfortunately had a black smudge dye on them

Its annoying that there is no tel number to talk to someone because my first order was delayed a little with no comms and no reply to my email, I was worried it was a drop shipping scam type of thing. but it turned up a week or so later.... the second order arrived 2 days later. The product seems good quality.

Gloves look warm, fit to size. Bought for skiing so not worn yet.

I originally ordered a pair of gloves for my wife and when they arrived they were too big, I returned them and asked for assistance to source the correct size, after emails, photos and sending out at least two more pairs we finally have the correct size.
Nothing was too much trouble for Brandon and his team, they were extremely helpful, also the quality of the gloves are excellent and reasoanbly priced. I would highly recommend using this company.

I have been operating in the Scottish Mountains in all weathers for over 34 years, I’ve worked and operated in the Cairngorms the only place in the UK that resembles arctic conditions, the highest wind speeds for the UK were recorded here, I completed my winter ml here and and handle ice axes, ropes, and wet snow and rock….these for me are the best valued gloves on the market, they are warm, reliable and when I say this I speak on behalf of many Scottish mountain guides.

I actually ordered the wrong size. So I phoned them, and they sent me the correct ones. That's pretty good customer service by any measure.
Any way, about the gloves. As a ski instructor I need really good gloves. Waterproof, warm, resilient to hard use and above all, all day comfort. Well Snow Shepherd gloves fit the bill in every area.
They are also a British company, with exceptional customer service. They are just very friendly people.
Finally the price. They areca fraction of the price of other ski instructor gloves, retaining all the quality.
