Good looking glove that are well made
Good looking glove that are well made, they seem that they should be durable. Sizes come up slightly small so if you are unsure then go up a size. I have found them to be not quite as warm as I had hoped, this may be that being leather they don’t breathe easily and I have found the inside to be damp after several hours of wear which reduces the effectiveness of the insulation.

No customer service available
I reached out to the recommended email of brandon@snowshephard .co.uk twice (once on 11/22 and again on 11/25) to inquire about an email I received regarding a $25.11 customs charge and NO response at all. I also sent the same message to the customer service link on the website - again, nothing. So, no gloves, no refund and no response

Hi Michele, I have checked our email system and see that both emails were replied to on the same day, it maybe that they went to your spam folder, so worth checking. Your customs charge is perfectly normal for products ordered from the UK. We ship for free to the US to keep the price to you down. You received a large discount on the normal price of our gloves, so the customs fee was well covered but you still need to pay it your side to get the delivery.

Great fulfillment
It is August, so I cannot rate Snowshepard’s pisteur’s gloves yet, other than to say they look the part. I live in the US and shipping has always been prohibited, until now. SS's free international shipping promotion and fulfillment are the bomb.
