Very good communication excellent work has been done highly recommend this superb company.

Didn’t get the boiler they said everything was done well apart from when the gas engineer left the boiler was banging and the kitchen radiator hadn’t been drained or a new rRTV replaced I asked to get the water now on the boiler I was told to do it myself I am 65 with barely use of my hands phoned and phoned and said I will have to pay 50 pound for some one to come out they said they would repay me knowing fine well no one will do this less than a 100 to come out still no RYV I made the mistake of using someone from a long way from my home I didn’t realise this so I am grateful for the boiler but the after care has been really disappointing and sad really and didn’t get the boiler I was told I would

Beginning to think this company is a fraud. Applied for a boiler under grant scheme. No one responding to my calls or messages. This there is a big scam going on here.

Today had my new boiler and loft done and the boiler was installed by ramzan and I couldn't be more satisfied with the work as he took the old boiler away with him . Ramzan took the time to explain to us how the smart meter works and he didn't go until the house had hot water .

I got new loft all the ventilation and one main thing boiler as well
All the staff was very nice and cooperative would recommend them highly with out any doubt 10/10

The after care is terrible. I had a boiler and loft insulation done and there was damage to my ceiling a broken bed and bedding ruined to another room . I contacted them and was told it would all be resolved . I waited nothing . I put a review on and was asked by company if I would take it down and they promised to sort out the ceiling and compensation for the bed and bedding. Twice I've waited all day for someone to come and fix the ceiling now , no one is picking up the phone. Mite I add when I mentioned to a so called manager about what would happen about the bed and bedding he laughed and said you got to understand there may be some damage. Even though I had been told at the beginning that they would sort it all . He finished the call with Happy Christmas and put the phone down . This did not run smoothly for me. I'm afraid the ofgem echo4 complaints department is my next call to report my experience and try and resolve this.

Cannot give these workers enough stars…. 🤩 they did a First Installation Central Heating System in my 91 year old mother’s old Victorian house. They worked so hard and tidied up each day… the house was filled with her furniture and they worked around her and were just THE BEST … cannot thank them enough 👍 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Came and fitted a boiler cleaned up after themselves. Work was carried out professionally, the guys were very nice and polite they explained everything what they were doing kept us informed, excellent work,

Mr Remazan very hard worker and very understandable ,he's a kind person and fast with his work along with being respectful to everything I ask him to do.

Boiler exchange. Ramsey was very polite and explained what he was doing and how it all worked after being fitted. Was done in a very professional way and all left clean & tidy.

Terrible experience. Was told yes I was given a grant for boiler and surveyor would be out today at 11. For me to ring them and be told that sorry we rang the wrong person and I wouldn’t get a grant. Took the day off work. Very disappointing and unprofessional outfit. Getting hopes up for people that need it the most. Do not use

Had a team of three to do the new boiler and put ventilators in and the loft insulation. There was a lot of work going on but was all done efficiently and the quality of the work was certainly of a high standard and the team were all very professional in their work and explained what was going to happen very thoroughly and answered any questions we had. All finished in just under two full days and they cleaned up behind them taking all the waste away with them. Overall was delighted with all the work done and the new boiler has certainly made a difference.
Would definitely recommend the whole process and the way Smartway Energy handled it all and the turnaround from application to completion was exceptionally quick, just over a week in total and they kept me fully informed at every stage.
