Placed an order 1 week ago and hasn’t been delivered yet,rang the company and was told I will get an update,3 days later no update and the customer is asking questions.

Great customer service from both Nigel and Leanne. I have been using the Smartseal Xtreme Patio Cleaner on my patios over the last 10years having previously tried inferior products that just didn't do the job. An older patio was covered in black algae spots and this was the only cleaner that genuinely removed them all and without any scrubbing. The Xtreme cleaner is amazing and keeps my patios looking like the day they were laid.

Excellent help and advice from George Mizon; products purchased for both external and internal tiles - cleaning and sealing. Very happy with all and will continue to use these products for regular cleaning and sealing as necessary.

After deciding to renovate my imprinted concrete in my back garden I searched for a reliable company on the internet to source the correct materials and to ask for advice and by accident came across smartseal and in particular Ricky(what a guy) best accident I've ever had, after a couple of emails and a couple of phone calls in which Ricky called back at the exact time he said he would, Ricky, your a star, for being polite and courteous on the phone and your knowledge for steering me in the right direction. Above and beyond.
I had a problem with my concrete pressed drive with colour fade where i drive the car. I contacted Smart Seal and was chatting with Jake who was friendly, polite and professional. I was annoyed at one time when i never heard back but MY BAD Jake was discussing my problem with a senior adviser(sorry Jake).Over a couple of weeks we were email chatting with me sending a number of photos of a wet and dry drive. Samples were sent to me free of charge to complete a test area. The solution from Jake a small amount of tint and sealer on patches and the rest of the drive a couple of coats of sealer. From my test area PERFECT. I will be placing my order very soon. Thank you Smart Seal and a big thank you to Jake for solving my drive problem.

Slight issue with delivery- but it was…
Slight issue with delivery- but it was very easily resolved. Easy to speak to someone on the phone who was extremely helpful.
The products arrive a day later than expected but not a problem. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars. The product does exactly what it is supposed to do, cleans my Indian sandstone & the sealer ensures that it maintains its clean look. Wouldn’t use anything else.
