25lt container all dented on delivery
25lt container all dented on delivery, sealant inside tin contained 5% contamination of something. However, didn't complain to Smartseal and still used as the weather waz forecast to be nice and it all seems the contamination didn't make any concerning issues.

George was very helpful, knowledgable about the products and what to do (and not do). He didn’t push products unnecessarily, was friendly and went the extra mile for someone who hasn’t refurbished an impressed concrete area before. Delivery was included and hopefully next day. Won’t know until tomorrow. The YouTube video was also very helpful.

Placed an order 1 week ago and hasn’t been delivered yet,rang the company and was told I will get an update,3 days later no update and the customer is asking questions.

Great customer service from both Nigel and Leanne. I have been using the Smartseal Xtreme Patio Cleaner on my patios over the last 10years having previously tried inferior products that just didn't do the job. An older patio was covered in black algae spots and this was the only cleaner that genuinely removed them all and without any scrubbing. The Xtreme cleaner is amazing and keeps my patios looking like the day they were laid.
