I recently lost my doggy pal Louis and was looking for a way of having him close to me when I came upon this company. Reasonable price and came in good time. So much so that my husband wants one too

Need to improve the customer service
The order was delivered a lot later than promised so I didn’t have it in time for my friends going away party. I contacted the customer service team looking for an update and no one ever responded to my query so I was just left waiting. Not great customer service at all.

Come funziona Trustpilot
