Upon arrival I was greeted by a huge smile and very polite welcome . After a fantastic flat white I was invited to listen to some different systems in a very modern sound proof room this maximized my experience of each piece of equipment . After which both Callum and Rakesh left no stones unturned in my questions a needs ! I even called Rakesh several times to guide through the set up which he was excellent! Great service great shop ..and Great coffee to boot !! Go check them out 10/10 !!👍😊

Be wary regarding paying for a Sunday delivery the courier failed to deliver on the Sunday as per my payment and their service agreement this is completely out of smarthomesounds hands who refunded me my payment once I had notified them,

I follow these guys on YouTube and finally made a purchase from them of a Samsung Soundbar. The service was quick and received the item the next day as promised. I have not set it up as yet, but I believe it will be just as I expected. Very professional company with experts that can easily answer your questions and give you impartial advice.

Never brought anything off of Smart Home Sounds, nor had heard of them until I brought my new Bravia 8ii 65" Oled TV (yes that was an unhumble humblebrag, don't care) but I guess that's the algorithm for you. Anyways got the TV I wanted at a great price. Ordered it on Easter Sunday and got it on Wednesday. Awesome service and a great company.
