I was looking to purchase a Sonos bundle during the discount period but was unsure whether the chosen soundbar would fit into my set up so rang for advice. My query was quickly answered and I was advised I would have time to try out the soundbar and if I requested return for an alternative before the discount period ended the discount on the replacement would be honoured, this was really appreciated,

I was making a major purchase, a new top of the range TV. After doing an internet search I came across Smart Home Sounds.
Products have major discounts, free delivery (2-3 days) or next day for £19 (on my TV).
There are also options to make a purchase on interest free credit over as much as one year. Extended periods at interest charges.

Prompt, well packed and fast delivery. I was a little disappointed that I had to hunt the web for installation instructions . Being old school I was surprised that there seems to be no bass ,treble or balance control. My wireless earphones are still unused as I have not worked out how to pair them to the system.

Great experience yesterday with this company. Was looking for a pair of Sonos Era 100's and was told to check these guys out. Glad I did with over £60 off, a 6 year free warranty and the opportunity to have next day free delivery. They even went one better after ordering two separate speakers I noticed I order a pair of two for another £9 off. Went to there chat and within seconds was speaking to a human who immediately credited me £9 back. Unfortunately I wanted a pair of white speakers, which were not in stock till 22nd October so could not take advantage of the free next day delivery. But fantastic experience. Thank you

The customer service from Smart Home Sounds is excellent. Having purchased some speakers, at an honoured discount rate, the advisor ( Tom) I sought help from regarding linking them to a soundbar could not have been more courteous and helpful. I have now additionally purchased some stands for the speakers and they arrived within 24 hours of placing the order, just as the speakers had done. What a great friendly and helpful company. I will be using them for any future audio visual needs.
