Couldn't be happier with the customer support, particularly from your representative, Hugo! I caught my shipping address error fairly quickly, and Hugo was on the case extremely quickly (with respect to getting my new shipping address changed). 5/5☆ on the customer service front! He handled my request professionally and in a very timely manner!
A small, constructive piece of criticism would be that the Sleep.me website where I ordered the Chilipad 2.0 from, had issues displaying early this morning on my new Android phone (Z fold 7), could not add chilipad 2.0 to my shopping cart. No worries in the long run, I booted up my desktop and had no issues from there. But for the sake of getting new business, from your company's perspective, I thought it might help to point out that other prospective customers could potentially be confused if the website isn't displaying correctly on certain smart phones. Just a friendly tip, and look forward to sleeping cooler during this brutal summer. Best to all of you and a big shout out again to Hugo! Look forward to sharing my thoughts on the product :)

New unit works — but every refurb they sent failed first
UPDATE (July 2026): After posting this review, Sleep.me responded and sent a brand-new control unit — not a refurbished one — and so far it's working as it should. Credit where it's due: they ultimately made it right, and I've raised my rating from 1 to 2 stars. The reason it's not higher: every refurbished replacement they sent me before this one failed, which points to inadequate quality control on their refurbished stock. If you're offered a refurb as a replacement, be aware of that track record — in my experience it took a brand-new unit to actually fix the problem.

I bought a Chilipad Dock Pro directly from Sleep.me in July 2025 (order SS104351). Every unit they've sent has been defective, four in about eight months. The original leaked; the first replacement had a painful high-pitched pump whine; the second leaked and read "no water" after one night; the current one (RMA CRS6424) won't pump water at all, confirmed by Sleep.me's own drain-key test. I've completed every troubleshooting step at each stage and keep getting non-working refurbished units. When I asked for a refund or the redesigned 2.0, they refused, citing the 30-night trial. The product may be great when it works, but the warranty process has failed me completely. Support ticket #88978.

Ok, but could be better designed
While we have had the Chilipad for 3 years, it served its purpose. It does get very cold or as warm as needed, the design of the docking station is bothersome. We bought a dual zone King. My dock was leaking within the first year to a poor design of the reservoir. They replaced for free due to warranty. However my husbands dock also is leaking water but outside of warranty, a replacement is very expensive. We had to put both docks in baking pans for fears of leaks on our hardwoods. We lost to night stands because both leaked and warped them. I think this is overall a design issue but I have to say, this did save me during perimenopause I just wish we didn’t have so many issues with the dock. We have decided to replace with an air system to avoid the potential for leaks, fingers crossed they get cool.

Disappointed the 8% promo code didn't work. The advertised "$200 off" is misleading since the new version is also discounted, making this refurbished unit only $80–$90 cheaper than retail. I also couldn't find an ETA at checkout. Still, I'm excited to try this for a neck nerve issue and hope it helps!

We have an early version DocPro that we really enjoy. Very pleased that Sleepme offered a kit at low cost to upgrade the filler check valve to match the latest solenoid valve design. Wonderful support for their customers.

Purchased originally the 1.0. 69 & still having day/night hot flashes...UGH!! 1st evening, no HF!!! We have a split bed. Even husband LOVES his with no HF. We don't have to cool the entire house @ night, saving $$. Loved it SO much gifted 3 to family/friend. Again NO night HF, 1st night. I rave to my doctors they NEED to promote this product !! Never seems to ship
I ordered this on May 22nd. It was to be delivered by June 26th. Now it is July 1st, 39 days ago & still no shipping update from the company.
They do not proactively provide order updates & barely respond. I'm not sure I haven't been scammed. They certainly don't act like any other company.
At this point I am thinking I will need to do a credit card chargeback.
At the sametime I ordered a Sleep 8 for queen-sized bed. Sleep 8 doesn't make one for twin, so I had to order the Chilipad. The Sleep 8 came immediately, full company interaction. Updates, ect.

Phenomenal Health Investment
One of the best investments in my health I've ever made. My sleep is far more comfortable and restful and I no longer need expensive and aggressive AC in my bedroom as physical contact conducts heat way better than ambient air. The installation is easy, the maintenance is negligible, the app is easy to configure for different sleep profiles, etc.
