No Warranty on Replacement Parts Purchased
I purchased a replacement valve from them. These are a regular failing item that has been updated since I bought my unit. With in a couple months of use the new valve leaked out of the valve unit. They don't offer any warranty or replacement for any parts they sell.

Your sleep will never be better
I have updated my review after working with Sleep.me to find a solution. My original review was written out of frustration and anger.
My honest review is that Sleep.me is a great company. I will say that this climate control sleep topper is a relatively niche market and I think because of that the system is not going to be 100% perfect. We have had little hiccups throughout our use, up until recently when the unit completely stopped functioning properly. I will say though that all of the minor issues are totally worth the quality of sleep that the system provides. You really don't realize how much it's doing for you until you have experienced the luxury, and then gone without it. Customer service has always gone above and beyond, and whether or not we've agreed on the solution is a totally separate thing. They really did their absolute best this time to come up with a fair solution and I am very pleased with the outcome.
My advice for anyone considering purchasing the system, DO IT! It will change your life, literally. Then, make sure you purchase the extended warranty and follow the maintenance regimen very strictly. An amazing night sleep is hard to regret!

I believe that the backflow check valve…
I believe that the backflow check valve is what is needed to keep my unit from dumping all the water each night. I would like to see an external checkvalve that could be supplied and installed easily

I sleep better cooler, chili pad helps facilitate that.
My experience was that the product works. During hot weather I keep the temperature set at 55. This certainly helps during the hot weather. I look forward to using the heat setting when it gets colder.

Cannot recommend this company, ordering and shipping problem
Ordered Jujy 2 and still has not shipped. Saved up for this huge purchase during the heat of summer and now it won’t even get here to help during the hottest time. They did say there was a wait but then the date slipped again. Terrible and worrisome experience after the amount I spent.
