To navigate your website was easy and check out was easy and what I got did not cost a lot which was the remote for the original chili pad and refurbished remote so we'll be reviewing later on will it work or not but as far as the website it was easy to do

Great results, but needs improved reliability
I love the results of this product, but the units fail too frequently.
For the premium price they should last longer.
I have owned the original Chili Cube, the Ooler, and am now buying the new Chili Pad 2.
They all have worked exactly as advertised, and are unparalleled in function.
However, each of this units have failed (usually the power supply or Peltier cooler) too soon to be considered a good value.
I understand the Chili pad 2 is now being made with US sourced electronics, so I am trying one more time on the hope that this will resolve the reliability issue.

The APP is 100% Garbage and makes for a very poor nights sleep
I love the Chillpad but the APP that makes it work is 100% absolute c(S)hit. - Go look on Google Play (Or where ever you get your apps) and check it out.
It will work for a few days then it will disconnect for weeks so the nightly program cannot run which makes sleep unbearable.

Very responsive support team
I had a delayed delivery, and when I reached out about it, they responded in under 5 minutes and sent it within hours. It sounds like it was a glitch, and they were incredibly quick to fix it
Separately, I needed to return something, later, and they, again, were incredibly fast to answer and give me a shipping label
Their product was well constructed, the support was good, and I'd buy things from them again

Works very well but makes a very high frequent sound that I could only get rid of by using really good ear plugs. Doesn't cool down to lowest temperature in the summer, due to the higher room temperature
