The agent who dealt with my request had excellent recent first hand knowledge of skiing in the USA and was keen to advise me and help us get the best value for money.

Excellent help choosing holiday and great local knowledge and suggestions.

I found Ski Solutions online and they were truly excellent. Clare was incredibly professional and has clearly been in the industry for a long time. We have been booking chalets for years and Clare has been by far the best agent we have dealt with. She knew the ski areas very well and was very helpful in finding chalets which would cater for babies (cots, access, size of bedrooms etc.). Ski Solutions carried out thoroughly due diligence on the chalet we were looking at booking before taking our deposit payment - she really went above and beyond in all respects.

Ski Solutions are quick efficient and have come up with great ideas for our holiday. The company is aptly named.

We've booked three or four trips now for a party of 12 people with Ski Solutions. Good at understanding requirements, not at all pushy (we've gone through same rep - Emily - each time) and good after sales support up to travel date. I don't perceive that you pay any more using them as an agent and saves a lot of time and hassle. Can usually get a discount and/or some extras thrown in.

Ski solutions were able to show us a range of different options for the proposed dates that we could travel. Their knowledge of the different ski areas, comprehensive quotes, with a range of options and desire to find the right thing for us was exceptional. They didn't try to just sell us the most expensive option, gave thoughtful comments on best value and ski terrain. We can't wait for the holiday and will most definitely be using them again

We have been dealing with Sophie now for 5+ years and she always comes up with a solution to our awkward booking (10+ people for a few nights in a ski resort). Super speedy responses to any questions and always finds us a great resort and hotel.

We have used Ski Solutions on several occasions and have had nothing less than first class service from Clare. This time was no different and as ever, she was understanding, obliging, helpful, knowledgeable and very keen to get our booking sorted.

From the initial contact, James at Ski Solutions was both very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. He came up with a number of good ideas and came back to us quickly with options once we had decided on location and dates. Good follow up but not too pushy (which was helpful when booking for a group as we needed time to get all in agreement!)
