Ski Solutions Recensioni

Efficient and friendly service with knowledgeable people

Mark is always very helpful and knowledgeable

I book every year through ski solutions. I use the same agent, James. This makes the process very easy: he has all our details, and knows what we are after, so the whole process is very quick and easy (at my end!), and the advice on the different options very helpful. A very efficient and friendly service.

James took our requirements and found a tailored solution for our ski break. Knowledgeable and gave us a great insight into various resorts.
Cara was also able to help with our ski equipment requirements and got these booked in no time.
Looking forward to our break.

Third time of booking with Ski Solutions. Staff are so friendly and professional from the initial enquiry to booking….especially with a group of us.

James was very efficient and knowledgable and made the booking process very easy

Always efficient and helpful. Put a lot of effort into finding the right holiday for the client. After sale service excellent.

I contacted ski solutions, Regarding a boarding trip to Canada, I was contacted by James who provided a very professional service We gave James a list of things we wanted from the holiday giving us many different options .
Fantastic service and the prices were very competitive. Thank you

Charlie was great! She was adaptable to the changing needs of the group and was able to find exactly what we were looking for. Charlie helped us with a previous trip also and was lovely and helpful for both trips.

We have been using the company's services for four years now, and we have never had a single complaint. Any issues were always resolved quickly. The company employs a team of professionals. I highly recommend them to anyone planning a ski resort vacation. It is well worth it!

Clear precise advice. Extremely helpful staff.

I have been booking ski holidays through Ski Solutions for about 10 years now. Andy always finds us top quality accommodation in all the resorts we have been to. Nothing is too much trouble even when I constantly change the goalposts!!

I received a call back from James Nutt from the Sales team, who was very helpful due to his knowledge of the Italian ski resorts, and also other French resorts where we had skied on previous holidays. He worked to my budget and came up with a great solution for my family.
Great service.

Easy process from start to finish friendly staff

Very easy to deal with and having a personal contact in Sophie makes a big difference as trusted because we have had positive experiences before.

Clare was incredibly helpful. A font of knowledge.

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend them.

Ross at Ski Solutions was an enormous help in finding a child friendly ski holiday in Norway a couple of years ago, so we entrusted him to help us find a similarly child friendly holiday in the Alps region. His knowledge and personal experiences have made this process very easy and we have high expectations of our 2027 adventure in the Dolomites. Thank you Ross and all of the team at Ski Solutions.

I have been booking my ski holidays with James for the last 4 years, every time his recommendations come up trumps! Cant fault the attention to detail from the Customer Service team either when it comes to all the extra add ons. Cant wait for next years adventure, thanks everyone!
