Ian, Jason & Jon carried out repairs of cracks in our outside walls every side on our park home in burwell, they were very professional, clean and tidy and done a great job, it now looks like it should do great work guys 👍👍👌👌

Jason and Danny replaced the door on my Clearwater. Very friendy, proffessional and job well done to a high standard. Thanks.

Dave and Scott arrived on site today to replace to ceiling boards one in the lounge and one in the twin bedroom, worked carried out to a very high standard, everything left clean and tidy , totally professional as always

Jason Jon and Ian came to our lodge to change the side door and also replace the cladding on the big front window.
They were professional and did a great job leaving our lodge as they found it. Clean and tidy.
Hopefully now we won’t get any further problems with the door and the cladding.

I have just had two people provide an excellent service, resolving an issue with my window leaking. They went above and beyond and checked other areas of my lodge to make sure there were no other underlying issues that might cause further problems.
The guys were polite, kind and very professional. Superb service from Wayne and Lee.

Where to start?

An absolutely outstanding experience.

Seen (Big) Dave on a couple of our snag jobs on our brand new Willerby - New Holland.

What an engineer he is. Knows his stuff on a multitude of things relating to Willerby units.

Always courteous. Polite. Explains things in an easy to understand manner. If there are options relating to your specific snag, Dave fully explains these to you.

And today our visit from the Willerby engineers we had Dave & Scott - in my opinion “The Willerby A Team”

Both professional. As I’ve said already courteous. Helpful.

But above all this their workmanship is SECOND to none. You get the feeling they want to do the job and do the job RIGHT first time!

Both tidy up as they go. Are mindful of your unit, taking shoes off when entering your unit etc.

Hopefully should anyone have any snags on their units, you’d WITHOUT DOUBT want Big Dave & Scott to turn up and rectify them.

An absolute joy to deal with.

And a TRUE CREDIT TO WILLERBY who as a company should be honoured to have their experience, workmanship, knowledge of the product to be able to send theses two in to their customers units.

Scott the technician who worked on my holiday home was polite and a knowledgeable for all problems he came to fix and did a great job thanks.

Jason was very friendly, helpful and approachable. He fixed all our snags quickly and efficiently and to a very high standard. We would highly recommend.

Dave and Scott attended did great jobs and updated us accordingly!

Mark and Lee are both fantastic, and complete jobs to the highest possible standards. Higher standards than could be achieved by external contractors. Both are extremely friendly, and hard working, and always communicate with us, letting us know what’s been done, what issues they encountered, and what the ongoing plans might be. Just purchased a Willerby holiday lodge. Had a few snagging jobs to address. Willerby team Wayne & Scott called to our holiday home. Day 1. They had a look around assessed the small jobs to their job sheet, made sure they had everything for next day start.
Day 2 Wayne called early morning and dealt with each job to a Professional standard. Efficient and Friendly, very happy with the service. A credit to Willerby.
