Pünktliche Abholung, gepflegtes Fahrzeug, zuvorkommender Fahrer, Gratis-Wasserflasche, sichere Fahrt, pünktliche Ankunft. Lediglich ein etwas hoher Fahrpreis für eine vergleichsweise kurze Strecke.

Guter Service! Die Fahrer sind immer pünktlich, freundlich und zuverlässig.

Booked pick up LHR T4 after flight scheduled to land about 12:00. Arrived in Arrivals about 13:00 and no driver. Wanted to contact SiXT to ascertain reason for this but there are no phone numbers to contact them on any information or documentation. Much searching on Google found a UK number and after much discussion and transferring to different people finally got to talk to the driver. Apparently I had booked a 90 minute buffer which meant that then driver was not going to appear before 14:00 although this was a surprise to me.
The driver was officially unable to contact me until they arrive at the Terminal and I had no way of contacting them. The driver was only 20 minutes away and agreed to come to the Terminal and picked us up and took us to our destination quickly and efficiently
SiXT really need to facilitate their communication systems and at least allow their customers to contact their representatives in the appropriate country and preferably the driver to avoid unnecessary tension and uncertainty. Why the secrecy about phone numbers? It serves no purpose other than to frustrate their customers and drivers.
SiXT will not be on my preferred supplier list next time

Booking premium chauffeur services through Sixt Ride is incredibly straightforward and user-friendly. My driver was exceptionally professional throughout the entire journey. The favorite driver feature is a game-changer—I immediately added my driver to my favorites, and I'm delighted that I now consistently get paired with the same excellent driver for most of my bookings. This consistency makes every ride feel reliable and personalized.

I booked a ride in Lissbon from my Hotel to the Airport on short notice. The Driver showed up on time and even accompanied me to the entrance. Excellent service, and I felt very comfortable!

General mechanics of ordering a car are like with every other competitor.
I was missing the option of deciding on my pick up spot myself in the app. I also had to tip the driver in cash, as there is no button for it in the app.
The cars are regular taxis (in Germany), which are usually not in the same good condition as UBER premium. Price is pretty much the same.
I had to sign a receipt after every trip at the drop off, where I still do not know why.
To sum it up: Ok, but far away of being good.

Es war super. Sergio hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben und hat uns entspannt von A nach B gebracht. Immer wieder gern.

Im vergangenen Jahr habe ich den Service achtmal in Anspruch genommen und kann durchweg positive Erfahrungen berichten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Zuverlässigkeit: Die Fahrer waren stets pünktlich und haben einen professionellen Eindruck hinterlassen. Ebenso befindet sich die Fahrzeugflotte in ausgezeichnetem Zustand, sodass jede Fahrt komfortabel und angenehm verlief.
Ein zusätzliches Detail, das den Service besonders macht, ist die Bereitstellung einer kleinen Wasserflasche während der Fahrt – ein Zeichen für Aufmerksamkeit und Kundenorientierung. Auch die technische Umsetzung überzeugt: Die App funktioniert problemlos und ermöglicht eine unkomplizierte Buchung sowie Verwaltung der Fahrten.
Zwar liegen die Preise über denen von Anbietern wie Uber und Co., doch die durchgehend hohe Qualität rechtfertigt aus meiner Sicht die höheren Kosten. Insgesamt bin ich mit dem Service sehr zufrieden und kann ihn weiterempfehlen.

Easy to use and smooth.

Ich habe am 27. Nov. eine Fahrt vom Flughafen München zum Hotel Bayerischen Hof gebucht. Der Flug war pünktlich, der Fahrer war pünktlich, nur hat er sich geweigert, uns zum Hotel zu fahren. Der Grund: wir hatten einen kleinen Hund, Yorkshire, bei uns, den er nicht mitbefördern dürfte. Wir hätten unseren Hund, wie bei der Lufthansa, im geschlossenen Körbchen im Fussraum deponiert. Kein Einlenken des Fahrers. Unser Hinweis, dass Sixt weder bei der Buchung noch bei der Auftragsbestätigung darauf aufmerksam gemacht hat, dass dieser Fahrer mit diesem Auto keine Hunde mitnehmen darf, wurde ignoriert und wir wurden bei der Ankunft einfach stehengelassen. Von Sixt bekam ich eine Stornierungsrechnung, die man mir auch nicht erlassen wollte, als ich den Sachverhalt schriftlich geschildert habe. In der Vergangenheit, und auch bei der Rückfahrt, wurde unser Hund immer mirgenommen und alle Fahrten verliefen zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Diese Fahrt am 27. Nov. war sehr, sehr ärgerlich.😡

Used twice - very satisfied both times. The airport transfer in Palermo / Italy to the apartment and back went smoothly. The driver picked us up in the airport lobby and drove us safely to the city center in a clean Mercedes E-Class. Water was provided for passengers in the car.

I’ve used this service more than 10 times over the past year and everything has always gone smoothly. The drivers have been punctual, the cars are in excellent condition and most of the time there’s even a small bottle of water provided. The app works perfectly as well. The prices are higher than Uber&co, but the quality has always matched.
