The SIPPI APP is terrible
The SIPPI APP is terrible. A transaction was active and SIPPI states they will bill once you leave the car park so that they have an end time. Fair enough however they failed to do this so I ended up with a penalty fine and now the car park company, CPM , wont refund the penalty of £25 due to the error being caused by the SIPPI app! Now having to fight an appeal which CPM have already rejected out of hand!
Horrible App
Horrible App, no help, telephone helpline waited over 30 minutes no one answered. Disgraceful
Another scam company
Another scam company
I usually park at north Middlesex hospital to get to the football, previously the just park app covered this car park, when I got there this time I could see that there was a sign saying it had changed to a company called ‘Sippi’ already alarm bells were ringing because if I wanted to make a scam app I’d probably call it Sippi too. Downloaded the app, put in car details, put through payment, it wouldn’t accept it, I got some screen come up saying my transaction was over and I’d be charged when I leave the car park. No charge came and there’s no record of a booking on the app. So this is a preemptive review based on the inevitable parking fine that will follow, because of, yet another, scam car parking company in London, it’s becoming a joke at this point. There’s always a clever ploy to scam drivers. I won’t be paying any fine, because I tried to pay, this also happened to me 2 years ago where I paid but still got a fine. Because it took me a while to get out of the car park, 10 minutes over so my £12 payment for a 2x4m plot of land for 4 hours was insufficient. Dystopian clown world we all live in.
Sippi payment fraud
Used the Sippi app to pay for parking near Spurs ground. The next day they tried to use my card to take £60 subscription. Fraudulent website. Avoid.

I honestly don’t believe there can be a company that works at such a poor sub standard level of customer service.
For several weeks I have been trying to deal with their customer support (support shouldn’t be used in their case) and sadly and more importantly so frustratingly they have not been able to do the simplest of tasks, things like, read an email properly, understand basic instructions and information.
I would highly recommend to any business looking to use Sippi for their parking services, DONT!!!! You will regret and have wasted your money.
Avoid, they charge double
This parking app operates at the nhs North middlesex hospital where I work. Sadly, because the machines rarely work reliably in the multi storey car park, I payed via the sippi app. They charged me double the amount I usually pay at the machines. However the sippi app did not confirm this payment and after 30min I had no way of knowing if my parking went through. So I paid via another machine at the same hospital. When I got home I saw that the sippi app actually took the money out of my account as well ,so I was charged a total of £23 for 8 hours parking to work as a nurse! I called Sippi who agreed to issue a refund ,but to this day, after 2 weeks,no refund. Since then I cannot reach them on the phone and no response to my emails either. No refund from.them either. I waited 30 min for them to answer, after which they cut the call off. Very disaapointed & will never use them again. They exploit the nhs staff.
Staff are lazy and immoral
The day I moved into my property, the previous owner removed themselves from the account and I notified Sippi that I am the new owner of the parking space. Ben M took 3 weeks to complete my parking permit. During that period, a parking attendant notified Sippi that I was not registered on the permits. Sippi were fully aware of this but they chose to ignore it to get their hands on the money they were not owed.
I will see you in court. I am not paying for your negligence and disorganisation.
Refund of charges
The app somehow managed to allow me to park for periods of 30 seconds whilst I grappled to set the time period. Ended up with multiple payments. I did find it was possible to reclaim the erroneous payments and thanks to the staff at Sippi customer service for sorting that out. Not impressed by the app
Business masterplan to follow!
Thrilled to share my outstanding experiences with this parking 'management' company! Their app is a revolutionary achievement in non-functionality: no account details, no parking history, and absolutely no useful notifications—because who needs those? But fret not! They're remarkably efficient at sending PCNs by post. Email reminders? Oh, those are artfully disguised as junk mail, adding that extra challenge to your day. Thanks to their relentless PCNs, I now have a museum-worthy collection to admire! Five shiny stars for helping me uncover their visionary business model. SIPPY - 'SIPPING' your money away, one PCN at a time! 😁 “Less fuss, more flow” of your money 🤗

The worst of the worst of the worst ..
The worst of the worst of the worst ... Do not use this company. Ruined my community.
Never respond to email queries, put signs on my property without prior discussion
Don’t use them
Absolute scam for resident parking. They charged me for a month. I received a fine and they were absolutely no help. “Nothing we can do, don’t reply to this email.” Don’t do it
Absolutely dire service
Absolutely dire service. No point in emailing them as they either don’t respond or if they do ask you information that is already provided in the email they have responded to
Terrible app
Terrible app. The car park's printed signage for their car park in Poynton states that the first 90 minutes is free, and that if you want to extend your stay for example, by an extra hour, then that can be done at any time during the free period, and the additional hour will only start once your free 90 minutes is up. Not so, The additional hour starts as soon as you pay, so beware.
Terrible company
Terrible company. Emailed about disabled parking no response. Suggest you find other parking before using this. Lot
Rubbish app
Rubbish app - repeated error messages when trying to input card details and had to abandon using app and had to move car out of the parking lot. Also, user interface of the app is completely counter-intuitive...immediately throws up nearest locations to park when it should just go to a home screen and the card payment details entry page has a "make payment now" button instead of save card...I mean, is it taking a payment just for entering card details? Awful, awful, app. RingGo is a much better app, for instance. Also, called Sippi's support line to find out why there were these failures and got hung up on...clearly a very poorly run outfit.
Completely useless
Completely useless. I have no words. We have been fined because we couldn’t get their app to work. This is regardless of me appealing against the fine to cpm too. We didn’t even turn the engine off or get out of our car. Sippi is a parking app. My elderly mum lives in a private block where residents are supposed to use this app. But you can’t even get passed the first page of the app
