Cancelled permit. Unable to contact
Permit was cancelled in error. Have attempted to contact by email with no response. Called on the phone but there was no answer. Left number for call back. Managed to speak to someone in a different department who assured me they were working but still no answer.

These company don’t even deserve a star or rating. As it almost impossible to speck to anyone was on the phone 2 hours for the phone to answer and still no answer. Sent an email 2 weeks ago and no rely. I think everyone should be writing there management company and get them out. It’s the worst service ever
Awful company
I have had a very poor experience with this company. It is nearly impossible to reach anyone. Today I waited on hold for over 1 hour and 45 minutes with no response. Yesterday, I tried calling three different times and spent over an hour each time on the line, but I still could not get through. I even requested a call back, but that never happened.
This level of service is unacceptable and has caused me unnecessary stress. Customers should be able to reach support without such extreme delays.
All the hallmarks of a scam - yet seem to be a legal business
Downloaded their app as was considering using to prebook parking - decided against, yet somehow a session was activated. I attempted to cancel and was unable to. Never went anywhere near car park. Initial communication was responded to with assurances that I would not be charged. But I was charged -£16 for a whole day's parking at a car park I've never used. Since when there has been no reply to communication. Will go down route of raising a dispute with credit card company. But the shoddy practice of these companies defies belief.
SCAM
Paid for an hours parking at Poynton town centre, saw my live session which confirmed payment had gone through. 2 weeks later I get a fine and strangely my history of the app is failing to load and theres no history of transaction on my bank statement. Ive read all of these reviews and furthermore deleted my bank details from the app to safeguard any unauthorised fees from coming out of my account. Having to suck it up and pay the fine as I have no evidence of payment. Sham of a company, clever way of defrauding people, but shame on the council for allowing this company to be on their patch. Ive complained to the MP.
I'd give it no stars if I could
If I could give zero stars, I would. I have no idea why L&Q chose to use this parking company. I received an email on September 2nd stating that my permit would expire on September 30th. I submitted all the required information to renew my permit, but it’s still pending authorisation weeks later. I’ve filled out their online form and sent an email, but I've received no response. I’ve tried calling, but no one ever answers. This is completely unacceptable. I’m sure they’ll have no problem contacting me if they want to issue a parking ticket, though.

Would rate it at 0 if I could, avoid this company at all cost, if I could I would move again just so I wouldn’t have to deal with this incompetent company.
No one is ever available on the phone, hold times are 2 hours plus at any time of day, no complaints department or guidelines being followed, no manager around ever, staff apparently don’t have access to the generic company inbox, and can’t do anything about any query you have. I called to speak to a manager following 2 months of emails and many phone calls and callback requests to Sippi, 3 time I was told they will put me through only to be put through to the permit hold queue which is 2 hours long, I called the 4th time and their colleague told me that they can’t put me directly through to a manager, I asked if their colleague lied to me 3 times in that case, and he said yes she was.
Wouldn’t believe anything they say, the only way to get anything done is to constantly call and email them.
Possibly the worst car parking company…
Possibly the worst car parking company you could deal with, as a client and a customer. No direct phone number on their website, no response to email or contact form enquiries after over a week. But they'll happily ticket people and pass the information on to debt collectors. Good luck getting a permit approved. They state "could take up to 5 days" on their site's video, but even after that length of time.. they'll do absolutely nothing.
Fraud
Fraud! I parked at Kingston Hospital and paid when exiting £5 for two hours, I also have a receipt. Somehow the Sippi app charged me for staying overnight £21.20 without me using the app. I also only stayed for two hours. They set this payment up of £21.20 as a recurrent charge, thankfully my bank stopped further payments. I have attempted to contact Sippi, they do not reply to emails and are impossible to reach via phone. Do not use this app!
Horrible customer service
I've just moved to a residential area where parking is managed by Sippi, and unfortunately, I haven't been able to get an e-permit due to the HORRIBLE service they offer. It seems to be impossible to get in contact with them on the phone (2h wait, many calls, and no one picks up) or by email (many sent, no reply). I am scared to start getting parking tickets due to this horrible company and their inability to provide basic customer service.
They are criminals avoid and complain
They are criminals - I was falsely issued a PCN twice for a time which falls within the period I paid for parking. This was in E20 east village I have now been told to pay £170 I will be writing to the council /watchdog and every organisation involved that I can think of.

Why am I waiting another month for you to sort my permit for my own house?! Customer service are arrogant and ignore all emails and phone calls. I received a £170 fine as they took so long to organise my permit. Appealed twice and lost. Scammers.
Also their website doesn’t allow you to change your password due to an out of date certificate. That screams security breach.
They scammed me and refused to refund
They charged me a whole day without my authorisation and refused to refund. The charge 20% fee for 1hr parking at a london hospital. They refused to refund after showing them the parking machine shows no fee to pay. remember to request chargeback from your payment card company.

I had to charge my EV and pay for parking at the Bear Pub in Street, Somerset. I added all my details, paid for parking, and even received a message on the screen indicating how much time I had left when I left.
Today, I have just received a £100 parking fine from Premier Park. I've just checked the Sippi app, and it no longer shows either my payment details or the parking session. Of course, the payment hadn't gone through now I've checked (I had no reason not to think it wouldn't go through), even though it showed a live session on my phone.
I was on my own, and because of that, I downloaded the Sippi app, as I wanted to ensure I could top up the parking if the meal I was having at the Bear Pub took longer than I'd expected. I wish I'd just used cash in the machine, as the payment was only £2!
Do not use, unless you're completely desperate, as I can see I'm not the only one who's had this problem!

How on earth can these morons be employed by an Housing Association ❓you apply for a permit, it gets approved, you are sent a permit number and car space number……. And then you receive not one but two threatening letters saying that you are contravening the parking restrictions, and threatening me with a £100 parking fine❗️🤬 I’m sure if this does go to court I’m sure it will cost these idiots a lot more than £100….

2 weeks to apply for a parking permit and no support at all. Simple things become difficult if you choose this company. In the end I had to pay more for a council parking permit but probably worth it. No stress easy process all happy. Sippi seems to not wanting your money. Never seen a company like this.

Tried to park and the app was not working, phoned and raised ticket but still got fined as could not pay and could not leave as I had an important meeting.

Sippi was chosen by the developers to control the parking on our estate. Sippi has a website that is not fit for purpose. It is impossible to find out how to do the simplest of tasks. Searching the FAQs produces the electronic equivalent of shrugged shoulders. The "how to" video page shows a list what appears to be several helpful videos, but if you click on any one of them a blank page appears - there is no playable video. The final resort, phoning the help-desk - if your call is ever answered - results in surly, ignorant, and unhelpful dialogue. This is not a company to choose to manage site parking.
