Absolutely horrendous.
Parked to have lunch tried the app but nowhere to register your disabled badge.. rang over 14 times the number on the board and no answer as constantly engaged... Even rang the management company number advertised and that was all automated and you couldn't talk to anybody.. I had to end up paying for parking to find yet again it was freezing parking as we ate in the restaurant that asked again for your number plate... There were no clear signs of this in the carpark and no clear signs within the burnt stub pub and staff in pub useless ... I have contacted Sippi through email and they have denied me my full payment I paid back even though I have sent all proof of disability badge, recipe from restaurant pub and recipe from online app Sippi... I know it was only £2.30 and they only paid back £2 saying they can't pay back a conssion or something like that feeling as in terms and conditions and like I explained to them IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN FREE ANYWAY... if you let me register my blue badge which I couldn't as couldn't speak to anyone and no way of doing it on app... Disgusting customer service, ridiculous and useless app.. awful response from customer service and I'm now getting blanked ... Rip of private car parking companies like this make me sick... ZERO STAR FOR THE WORSE SERVICE

Absolutely dire ...i am a blue badge holder my wife took me to hospital and got charged for parking ..then she had to drive to rear of hospital to pick me up and was charged again even though she was only on site 4 minutes and first 30 is free contacted sippi waste of time my advise dont down load the app makes it too easy for them to help themselves to your money !!!!

This company are dreadful their online…

This company are dreadful their online permit app that they use at our carpark where we live is useless have had issues with it for months , my husband has just been given a ticket even though his car is on the sippi system we have proof its on the system from sippi , the bloke wouldn't have it still gave out a ticket and said phone the office ,slight problem there they dont answer the phones ! On hold for 2 hours .dont use a system that doesn't work properly.

I used the Sippi app at Stepping Hill Hospital and selected 12 hours not knowing how long we would be, the charges for 4 hours then extend make it a difficult choice, my credit card company sent me a 1 time passcode to accept the payment which I put in then went to the appointment, the payment never happened and I got a fine without ever knowing there was a problem,I sent them a screenshot of the passcode but they still fine me £20 as my payment never worked.Other hospitals charge you for the exact time when you are back home.Read the reviews on Trust pilot and can’t imagine how they get business.

Visited my Father in law at Stepping…

Visited my Father in law at Stepping Hill hospital on 18/12/25 ( after taking him to A&E on 16/12/25). Used the car park & due to very inclement weather at the time, tried to update with a new m/v reg, but the App kept glitching.
It took several efforts to successfully update with new info & this was after some 37 minutes after parking my car.

I was at the hospital for approx 2&1/2 hours & left. The following day i saw that £7.40 had been debited from my bank account.

A week later, i received an FPN saying i had not paid for my parking! I submitted an immediate appeal, but have now received notice from the parking company that my appeal was unsuccessful & i still have to pay the FPN due to anpr & parking times not matching.

Parking fees are stated as follows:

1st half hour free
2 hrs - £3.50
4 hrs - £5.50
12 hrs -£8.00

Considering i was parked for approx 2&1/2 hrs & I was charged just short of the amount for 12 hours, I would say that the parking company have made a good profit out of me ( I had also deducted £9 from my visit on 16/12/25).

Needless to say, I will not pay the FPN, they can get knotted, & my next step is to take it up with an Independent appeals panel ( the parking management only allow one appeal - how very convenient for them).

My wife also visited her Father on several occasions during his stay at the hopital & she was charged £10+ for 5 hrs parking on one occasion & another £10+ for a 4 hour visit on another date.

It seems that this management company write their own rules & impose parking tariffs on a whim & certainly contrary to advertised fees.

I am not going to back down quietly and am not perturbed by officious threats of further action!

My experience so far has been positive.
Once i had worked out how the app worked, it was fine.
I was able to extend my time as I was in A and E with no problem
We will wait and see after reading the comments below if anything else happens, so far I'm happy.

Digital scam.

The Sippi app appears to be a purely digital scam.

After making a payment, the app continues to run timers and repeatedly sends notifications demanding that the payment be extended. This function should not exist in the Sippi app once payment has already been made.

The Sippi app is neither user-friendly nor reliable for an ordinary user. Its design and functionality are confusing and misleading.

Even CPM UK Ltd is aware that the Sippi app does not operate like other established parking payment apps currently available in the market, such as RingGo or PayByPhone. Despite this, they continue to promote and encourage its use, which enables unfair practices and potential scams.

The UK Government should take action against this unfair application. Authorities should compare the Sippi app with other legitimate apps currently in the market and conduct a full audit of how many fines have been unfairly or unusually collected on a daily basis, especially in cases where customers have already made payments but are penalised due to app failures or misleading notifications.

Ridiculous charges and difficult to…

Ridiculous charges and difficult to extend the time parked.
Who says the nhs is free when you have to pay these extortionate charges to go to a and e at Stepping Hill Hospital.
Cost nearly £10 in parking. It was difficult to extend the parking session using the app do had to restart the session again.

Theft in Plain Sight

My daughter used the app having taken her mother to A & E at Stepping Hill Hospital, app confirmed parking period had begun, weeks later charged £40 by Thrifty Car Hire without any notification who confirmed it was parking fine they had paid.
Never given any opportunity to appeal.
Contacted Sippi who couldn’t care less, tough, so trading standards here we come.
Don’t use the App, you have been warned.

Terrible app that didn’t work. Terrible helpline that was absolutely no help and may as well not exist. These company’s just want to catch people out with no other option than a fine when their app doesn’t work after it’s too late and there are no other methods of paying

This company are fraudulent and have no self awareness to anyone around them including disabled people who get charged for parking in the correct bays with the correct badge in and the correct time on it I would highly recommend no one uses this shitty service as they discriminate and wrongly accused you of parking a vehicle where it is necessary for a disabled person to be instead of sitting behind cameras and operating that way they should send someone around to check these vehicles that way they would know its correctly parked they need to stop being lazy and making it harder for disabled people to access needed services as this was a hospital car park and a necessary clinic visit this world has gone mental .

horrible customer service

my experience is just incredible with this company. they manage the parking in east village in London.
at the beginning they took 2 the payment of the parking permit.
i told them when i had to leave and in any case they took the payment for the month i have already left the parking. i have spent hours to call them as they never answer: on average 1 hour on call to get somebody to reply.
they have issue the refund 2 times and i have not receive it yet. the payment was taken on the 1st of October and now by end of November I have to call them again to sort this issue. I have raised the complaint 2 times and nothing happened.

Their customer service is just awful.

If I could I give it 0 stars, 2 hours to speak to someone on the phone who had no idea of anything. I was not the only one, my other two neighbours have been trying to speak to them for the last few weeks to renew their permit and no one has answered the call or email. And is like waiting two hours to speak to someone! And when I ask for the manager, they said this was not possible to do?

I had paid for an 1 hour parking session at a Hospital. On exiting, the app started a new session. However, I could not cancel the session as it reported it had no record of the car entering the car park. I emailed their support straight away, so my dispute was time stamped. I was then charged an additional 24 hour charge. When I disputed it, provided all the evidence I was charged (app screenshots, bank screen shots), I was told "We have no records of your parking session" and my refund basically ignored. Despite fundamentally confirming the issue that I has been mischarged, the company takes no responsibility for their actions and poor customer care. Avoid Sippi parking locations to avoid a similar scam.

This company are complete fraudulent scammers! They operate in the East Village Stratford. I paid on the app, and when I checked my account it said “active card check”. I called Monzo who told me the issue is with the merchant, they need to take payment. Call them. I called and was on hold for ages at a time, passed from person to person without any assistance. I emailed and sent a screen shot of my bank statement. No response. Today we received a parking fine letter. Complete and utter scammers! Avoid and never use them!!

Disgusting company. I parked at Noth Mid Hospital. I paid at the machine when I exited and this company charged me on their app. I called the number to dispute the charge and I went round in circles speaking to several different people.

Rogue Traders

I rated Premier Park Ltd and their payment app SIppI one star because there was nothing lower. I parked in one of their car parks in Exeter for 40 minutes. Upon paying I had to download the SIppi App. This took a while. Upon trying to pay the App failed several times. Eventually I managed to pay and departed. Weeks later I received a PCN with a demand for £100, of £60 if I paid quickly. I wrote back and said that I had paid the £2.20 for the parking and send them a snapshot of the payment screen from Sippi. Weeks later they say they have no reference of it’d of any payment or permit, but they are happy to accept £20. Premier Park Ltd are complete rogue traders and Sippi, their payment App, is useless.

Despicable Company!

I would have left minus starts if I could.

I am absolutely seething. I borrowed my mum's car to go for a mental health assessment at my local hospital and didn't realise I hadn't picked up my debit card. I went for my appointment expecting to be able to use Ringo on my phone which I'd used seamlessly before.

I was actually seen early and was finished in around 40 minutes total, so not even an hour's parking to pay for. I realised I'd have to download the Sippi app before I could pay, and I managed to do so. On attempting to pay, my payments failed each time. Initially I tried by Google Pay, then by my debit card details which I'd memorised. Both kept getting rejected.

I phoned the helpline and the receptionist was clueless and I received no joy. I kept trying to no avail, then decided to go into the hospital reception to ask advice. They told me to get on to Sippi and ask for help. I tried to ring again and waited ages with no response.

By this time I'd been there over an hour and a half and decided the longer I stayed the more I'd have to pay for, so I chose to go home and try and ring again to pay over the phone.

At home, I waited about 20 minutes in a queue listening to jazz music, and was told I'd be passed over to someone that would take a card payment. I waited again for about 15 - 20 minutes just to be put back into the queue with jazz music.

I then decided after the batteries in my home phone were so low the phone was going to die, that I'd use my mobile to send an email leaving my details for them to get hold of me to make a payment.

This company then decided to send me a parking fine demand.

This to me is a company that deliberately operates in a way the customer face extreme difficulty settling a small amount, then when they give up they face deliberate extortion by means of a fine.

It is questionable if this is willful unlawful behaviour, and to me is disgraceful!

I hope someone with some money behind them takes this company to court and sues them heavily, as they are a despicable outfit!
