I placed an order and received it within a week and a half in mint condition. I got in touch with customer service over the phone and via live chat and got all of my questions answered quickly and politely.

Just renovated our house and we specifically wanted Blanco sinks. After a quick search on Google this was the only place to buy them from.
We ordered the sinks and delivery took place not long after. Sinks were securely boxed in Blanco branded boxes and now look great.

I ordered a Blanco sink from Modern Kitchen Appliances. The price was competitive, however they were unable to deliver by the originally promised date.
The delivery was delayed a number of times further by the manufacturer, but it was handled well by MKA, with good communication. I was offered the option of cancelling the order for a full refund should I wish but I chose to wait. I was offered a compensatory gift by way of apology which was accepted.
The gift failed to arrive with the sink delivery, but once I informed MKA, it was despatched that day and arrived the next day.

I always feel that the best measure of a business is how they handle things when they don't go quite to plan. In this instance, whilst a bit frustrating along the way, MKA did everything that could be expected of them and I now have my sink and gift, so I'm happy to report an overall positive experience and would deal with them again.
