Well packed arrived on time.Delighted with the construction and engineered finish. I now have three Singer machines
including an overlocker. Just love the reliability.

I ordered one sewing machine and I didn’t get any information in one week. I called them, they said the despatch department doesn’t answer, but I will receive an email with delivery information. I didn’t. I called again to cancel my order and they spoke with dispach manager and they informed me that the model I’ve ordered is not on the stock, but they can offer me onother model, but this wasn’t in stock either. I was very unhappy with the service received. They should keep informed their customers if something goes wrong and the website should reflect the stock availability.

An excellent sewing machine from an excellent shop. Prompt good service at a really good discount price. Highly recommended.

I bought my sewing machine direct from singer direct , the service was fantastic , even to the point they forgot to offer an extended warranty , they got in touch and added it to the original order , the machine I purchased was a heavy duty one , with basic stitches , and button holes , a basic collection of accessories to get you going , so far everything has been faultless , I would highly recommend singer direct .

A little slow on delivery but that said the machine came in perfect condition

**WOULD AVOID**Really disapointed with singer direct. I bought a sewing machine from a pushy online chat sale lady, (on their website) not realising that the machine I ordered was the wrong singer. So i asked to cancel straight away and wanted to purchase a different one. All was fine, or so I thought?. I was told I would have a refund in 5-7 working days. We are now nearly 5 weeks in and still no refund. After many attempts of calling customer service, speaking to people on the online chat I was told either no-one was available or they had already refunded me. (They had not refunded me at all)
**LUCKILY** i paid via paypal, who confirmed no refund had been made at all. And luckily PayPal have managed to open up a dispute case to try and get my money back.

Do not buy from singer direct! They scammed and lied to me.
Save the worry and order from somewhere else. Please!

Ordered starlet 6660, at the price cannot go wrong,happy with it so far, would have been more happier if all feet were included.
Delivery was very quick.

I can honestly say singer direct are brilliant.
I purchased a machine from them but decided it was not what I wanted. Singer direct arranged return and delivery of a new machine. I purchased a singer 7640 and it is really great.

Spoke to a helpful gentleman on the phone to obtain some recommendations about which machine would suit my needs best, at 6 o'clock on a Friday (fair play the phone lines are open until midnight!). Did some more online research then proceded to order the Singer 4411 at 8 o'clock that evening, via the Singer Direct website, also using a discount code given to me during the phone conversation. Price was excellent.
Received an email to say my order had been accepted and would arrive in 3-5 working days (also at this point had a major panic after reading reviews on this website, but decided to give Singer Direct the benefit of the doubt) The following Thursday I received a text from dtp curriour company to say my parcel would be arriving the next day, Friday - I was going to be out so followed the instructions on the message to get my parcel delivered to a local drop off point, instead, and collected it that evening. All within the 5 working day time slot and parcel arrived safe and sound in one piece. + I am very much 100% sure the machine is genuine, not a cheap fake considering the price!

Looking to buy a machine from this Company. Advertised an extra discount on their website if I submitted my e-mail address, which I did. Given a code of WOW10. but unfortunately this didn't work when I put it into the payment page. Live chat then came up with Roger - asked him about the extra discount - said it didn't apply to that model, then just abruptly ended the chat. The next day I had another look and a live chat came up with Laura but as soon as I asked a question, she ended the chat too. So, I'm now very, very grateful for all the reviews and so pleased my payment didn't go through and I can now buy a machine from a reputable company.

Terrible, I ordered my sewing machine on 29 December 2017. I knew they were out of stock but was happy to pre order for Feb because the price seemed pretty good. 7 weeks later. Still waiting with no communication from the company whatsoever I thought I had better ring for a delivery date, to be told I had to wait I until march, no specific delivery date and no apologies whatsoever. Needless to say I cancelled the order and ordered one from very it came the next day.

This company is a joke! when l placed my order for a machine l explained it was urgent and was told it would take 2 working days, after staying in all day it was not delivered, after contacting them on numerous occasions l was just lied to each time about the delivery, l asked to speak to the manager to lodge my complaint and was told later it was in fact the managing director that l had spoke to, this guy definitely has one oar out of the water and it was a case of take it or leave it attitude l don`t care if you cancel the order or not was his reply. I did cancel the order but it was delivered anyway after 14 days!
I WISHED I HAD READ THE REVIEWS OF THIS COMPANY FIRST!

I used the online chat to ask questions, they responded promptly and were very helpful. I placed an order very late on a Thursday night, I received confirmation emails etc. I received an email on Friday to say my order was being picked, it was shipped on Friday and arrived Monday. I can’t say any fairer than that.

This company do even deserve one star . After owning my singer machine for just six months they are refusing to repair it without be paying to have it shipped back to them and the. To pay to have it shipped back to me . The guarantee isn't worth the paper it is written on . I had trouble with them after I had ordered it as they failed to deliver it on time and then gave me some stupid excuse that it had been delivered to the wrong address . They shouldn't be allowed to trade ! People are rude when you ring them up . Wish I had bought my machine from somewhere like Hobbycraft !

Terrible customer service.
Very difficult to get them on the phone and then after being told of a two week delay with my order I just got a rude, non apologetic man who left me with zero confidence in this company.
I would happily recommend to anyone that they go elsewhere - there are many other suppliers out there all with excellent reviews. I only wish I had looked up Singer Direct before placing my order.
AVOID THIS COMPANY IF AT ALL POSSIBLE....
