I would give zero stars if it were an option. i can't believe I didn't research this piece of crap company that is using PayPal to give a false sense of credibility and PayPal won't do a damn thing. I don't think I will use anything with a PayPal logo because they obviously don't care enough about customers anymore. I'm disgusted and appalled and feel like an idiot for falling for this.

I bought a sewing machine from them paid a lot of money and they never sent it to me I requested it from there many times and never got an answer from them and now they’re low longer treating obviously they’re nothing but a scam I wish I could Get my money back.

I bought a singer quantum stylist 9960 and I took out the extended 15 Yr warranty and now they have gone bust does anyone know how to get our money back? (for warranty cost)???

No problem purchasing my machine last September, the problem I have is I purchased 15 years servicing. I now can't even find my confirmation email to check for phone numbers on there so looks like I wasted my money on that

I purchased a Singer Futura XL420 Embroidery machine from this outlet 6 months ago. I phoned them today to ask which version of Autopunch I should purchase from them today and the man was extremely rude and then when I asked to speak with a manager told me the machine I had purchased was not good and not sold by Singer. I tried calling back on every number I had but it doesnt matter which one I call Sales, technical help customer service etc I just get through to him and he just gets worse each time. Wish I had purchased another brand

I have had the same experience as many others here. Delay in the machines coming into stock, followed by no response from emails -I did have a reply from 'Ashley' about two months ago. Since then, nothing.

I am lucky in that I had the 'loan' of a Toyota machine which was to be replaced when the Singer model came into stock - as said, supposedly, 'end of May, beginning of June'

Now I found, all web pages come up 'Safari Can't Find The Server'

3 of my instalment has been taken already. No sewing machine yet. cant open the website. Don't order from the company

Ordered a £200 machine on 4th April, told it would be delivered mid May, then end of May. 3rd of June now and heard nothing. No website anymore, emails bounce back. 2 payments have been taken by Divide Buy so hopefully I can get my money back and forget this company even existed!! Avoid them and save yourself the hassle!

Any reviews that don’t say 1 or 2 starts are FAKE REVIEWS!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! I bought a machine at the cost of about £100 and the day after they shut down the website and I couldn’t get on. They also refused to answer emails so I had to claim the money back through PayPal. Luckily I got a refund from PayPal by claiming with PayPal but that was still over 10 after I bought the item. I also contacted Singer (the real Singer) and they told me that they were scammers!! SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY FROM!!!

I would not even rate them one star, there customer service is appaling. They are impossible to contact and it has been over 10 working days and I still have not received a refund. There website is not working and the contact number is useless. AVOID THIS COMPANY. They have a chat facility which is also a nightmare!

Where have this company gone? I bought a machine on 14 May. It did arrive 2 days later. It had an offer of a free 15 yr guarantee. Nothing came with the machine to prove this. I emailed them to ask about the guarantee and had the mail returned. I went to their website - it's vanished as is their Facebook page. Great, eh?? I now have no recourse should I have a problem with the machine except Singer's own 2 year guarantee.

I ordered machine, was supposed to arrive in 24h. Never apeared.
I tried contacting them, their phone was tricky and did not let contact them unless you choose you want to purchase, then person named Ashley, after 7 days of me waiting apologised for not contacting me as they don't have parts to ordered machine. They offered replacement, send it...it had programming broke. I sent it back with a big problems also to contact them and request it.
They did not want to return money as they said it is too late and they can only replace it again with a different machine. They send it, and it was also broken, had problems with bobbin, broke needles. On phone Ashely tried to convince me I broke both of machines.... what a joke... I never could use it in first place. I am not freshly baked tailor, I have my experienmce.
I returned machine for fixing...never heard back from them again...send a letter requesting refund. Never heard back, I am in process of getting my money from them through the bank. If i won't then the consumer rights and court it will be. tHEY DELETED THEIR WEBSTE, NO CONTACT WITH THEM AT ALL NOW.

Do not use this company. I purchased an expensive embroidery machine. I purchased using divide buy as couldn't afford the lump sum. 1st payment has been made but no machine sent. Tried emailing no answer, tried to find contact info ….nothing. Then found all these bad things about others who haven't received products. I`ve reported it to my bank. Just hope they can sort it out & that I don't end up having 11 more payments to make & no item to show for it. ;-(

The worse website ever!!! Did not receive my item that I’ve paid £149 for! They’re a scam you pay money and never receive it! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

i bought sewing machine from British sewing machine centre online 22/03/2019 for £185.00 until this day iv not RECEIVED THE MACHINE their have given excuses so today iv reported it to pay pal dispute centre and the action fraud police online.

Thanks for the info I used singer direct all e-mails and BSC and singer direct web sites are down as said. I raised a case with paypal the email they use for disputes with FLC DISTRIBUTORS LTD is working but they have 10 days to respond the E-mail address is automated and gives a ticket number and said wait 3 days when I tried it. I suspect this is a stalling tactic e-mail is mail at sewingsupport.co.uk return mail came from "support at mail.mysew.ladesk.com"

a quick update, I have just sent he following to the new site and the e-mail address used on paypal (which says BSC)
"IT would appear all web sites and mail from singer direct are down as is British sewing centre all are used by FLC distributors LTD, it also appears you are in the process of starting a new web site w ww.onlinesewing.co.uk again owned by flc distributors ltd. Will you be refunding singer direct orders placed through paypal if so when."
