I had a rant about my order the other day but I should have made it clear that my order and the communication from simply underlay was excellent as was the contact after my rant. The real problem was the delivery driver . The company are dealing with this now as they had no reason to think there would be any problems with items being delivered. A big shout out to Michelle from customer services who was quick and efficient at dealing with me. I’m sure the delivery company will be dealt with and I will definitely use this company again as their product is excellent.

You can improve by upgrading your delivery personnel. I opened my door this morning at 8am to discover my order in full view of the public . I have a large house and the back door is not visible to passers by so that is where it should have been left. In saying that my disabled husband and myself were at home all day and night. Whoever delivered did not attempt to ring the door bell or let us know they had delivered. The next complaint is he left the underlay on wet ground and the plastic covering was ripped to shreds meaning the underlay is now soaked through after being left outside all night.

I bought 4 rolls of Tredaire underlay at a fantastic price from Simply Underlay. Their shipment was very fast , I received my order 2 days earlier.
I bought too much underlay after getting advice from my local carpet shop. I contacted Customer Services,
Jamie was outstanding throughout ! His customer care was second to non ,he was polite, professional and responded with haste. My refund was processed the day the unused underlay was delivered. Thank you very much Jamie.Will definitely purchase from Simply Underlay again & also recommend friends and family.

Thank-you. A telephone contact number for Simply Underlay would have been helpful, however e-mails were answered promptly and staff were both helpful and courteous. I have no hesitation in recommending Simply Underlay.

Ordered 3 rolls of Duralay Timbercare Excel late afternoon on Friday 28/11 and order processed and despatched yesterday 01/12. Amazingly, delivered today at 4pm.

Great product at a good price, supplied promptly by Jamie and the rest of the staff.

Highly recommend this company, their own brand of 11 mm, SU Luxwalk is excellent for both tog and sound reduction. Excellent customer care, i needed a further two rolls asap, they were despatched and arrived by 8.30 the following morning. A shining example of customer service. 5 stars !

Great quality underlay for our engineered flooring. Excellent next day delivery. Note that the rolls are very heavy, but once you’ve got them where you need to use them, they are easy to cut and fit.

Almost first class, easy ordering, keep well up to date and even arrived 2 days early. Would have been 5 stars but the delivery driver dumped the rolls of underlay at the front door in the rain and left. Didn’t even knock on the door…..

So disappointed that the delivery service was not Royal Mail 48 tracked, as per order placed before 2pm. They actually used Evri - which is a nightmare for us.

Once I contacted the company = Simply Underlay, about the delivery they offered to cancel the order. Which is no resolution as customers need their goods.

The product received was in order.
