Good service and prompt delivery. Carpet fitter impressed with product and ease of use!
I have not fully tried out the new underlay yet but first impressions of Plushwalk 12mm its excellent.

The best price I could find for Plushwalk underlay and the only place that sold it in just the right size for the bedroom it was fitted in. Incredibly fast delivery service and arrived in good condition.

No number to call. Emailed several times immediately to adjust the order to induce it on next day delivery. Added the second order without being able to contact anyone in the company.
Items arrived on the same delivery van but they won’t refund the second delivery charge, even though the order obviously came through in time for the first delivery, so only needed to charge me once.
Only write this as I’m now being bombarded with messages to give them a review.

Bought some underlay from SimplyUnderlay after doing some research and I’m very pleased with the experience. The prices were competitive, the ordering process was straightforward, and the delivery was quick. Excellent service from start to finish and the product was exactly as described. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Was surprised just how quick the underlay arrived.

Placed the order, got an email from EVRI that order is in the locker and when we opened the locker it was empty!! I have been chasing EVRI the last two days and also provided them with video evidence but no solution yet. I have also submitted a query online through your website requesting a refund / resolution but no response! Very disappointed with the service.

Ordered goods on 9th April , did get it till the 14th April and I had to collect it myself. Not happy or satisfied with the service
