I've already emailed you separately about this issue, but I will respond here for the benefit of other customers.
We sincerely apologise for the issue you experienced with your order. We had no idea there was a problem until we read this review, as your emails went into our spam folder for some unknown reason.
We would never ignore a customer and pride ourselves on going above and beyond when it comes to service, as the other reviews on Trustpilot will attest.
I've refunded the tape that went missing in transit, along with your entire delivery charge, as a way of making right the stress and anger we've inadvertently caused.
Going forward, we've implemented new filters and internal processes to ensure that we don't miss any correspondence from other customers.
We hope you'll give us another chance in the future as this isn't an accurate reflection of how we normally conduct business.

Very rude delivery driver.
Delivery driver phoned and asked me to meet him at the end of the road. This was Not possible, I am elderly and underlay is heavy. I explained this and Then he threatened to leave the underlay there at the.
End of the road. I told him I had paid a high delivery charge and therefore i would like my underlay brought to my door please. He did so, with no problem other than that he reversed but he was rude and sulky on arrival. Not a pleasant experience at all.

We're very disappointed to read this review and hear about your experience with DX Freight. We pay a lot of money for delivery, and this level of service is clearly unacceptable. We've lodged a formal complaint with the courier.
Hopefully, others will see that this star rating doesn't reflect the quality of our products or the level of service we provide. As we weren't aware of the issue in this instance, we couldn't advocate on your behalf.

Website easy to use
Website easy to use. Product seems good and was easy to lay. Bought to make a suspended floor warmer in winter months.
Although I left a written message with the order it arrived the day before when we were not there, a neighbour kindly took it in.

Unfortunately we don't have control over the courier routes, which means on our standard service we cannot request a delivery date. However, we do provide a tracking link that updates each morning to try and help alleviate missed deliveries.

As the name of the company says its simple. From ordering to delivery it took 3 days. Great choice for all budgets at competitive prices. Can't wait to see what the plushwalk feels like in the bedroom. Do not hesitate to use this company.
