I bought a NUC kit and assembled it myself years ago. This time around I let SimplyNuc take care of everything and ship me the finished product. It was the right call. Not only did they have access to parts that were unobtanium on the retail market, they did a great job with the build, and delivered it on-time. My new NUC is a beast and I did not miss the time and frustration of building it myself one little bit.

The tiny NUC replaced a server-board-based system with a pair of Xeons that I had been running since 2007, probably had a volume of 2 cubic feet. The new NUC is somewhat faster than the ancient Xeon system, which had been upgraded many times. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is that audio output initially did not work under Ubuntu/Kubuntu, I had to reconfigure the logical linkages in the audio system. Also, once in a blue moon, the system will boot to a lockup, although I don't remember that happening since my latest BIOS update. Good system, overall. BTW, I've been programming anything programmable since about 1970, estimated to be among 500 most intelligent humans ever to exist.

Had a good conversation with the support team before ordering. Wish they provided bulkhead plates for the smaller racks. Product came looking great

What a great experience ordering my computer with Nancy!! Very easy process with guidance about upgrading critical parts for only a few dollars more. Thank you Nancy! Also liked the follow-up emails to see how the delivery went (which was very quick) and how the computer was working. Going to really enjoy the computer with a "real" video card installed! Simply NUC was awesome at getting the computer to us quickly and when we had a problem with a noisy fan on boot up the technician guessed right away what the problem was and walked me through how to fix it. It was just a loose cable interfering with the fan. Of course it would have been nice for them to find this problem in QC before it went out the door but at least they made it quick and easy to take care of the problem. I'm totally happy with the product and their attention to making sure we were happy with the experience.

I am very content with my order as the hardware is excellent. Nevertheless, the best aspect of the experience was the customer service. I must say that Nicole was exceptionally courteous, amiable, and invested time to comprehend my requirements while suggesting innovative solutions. I highly recommend purchasing a NUC system from SimplyNuc as the experience was delightful.

First order had a glitch with funds transferal but they resolved it in a timely manner. Second order was placed on a Thursday and it arrived Monday noon. Bought a new monitor hooked it up and powered up. Everything came up working. The only configuring I did initially was to put in my network password to have internet.
The Ubuntu looks good and is sufficently functional but i will be spending much time configuring to the way I want it. So far it has been easy and Gome's HELP has been helpful. I'm being spoiled.

The product, performance, and delivery were great, and just as advertised! My only gripe would be the cost of shipping. The original on-line estimate was $14.00. When I placed the order, the only option available was 2 day shipping for $34.44. As this product was intended to be an extra, I didn't need it that quickly and would have preferred having another option and not being forced to pay an extra $20.44 for expedited shipping.
