The Sales Admin team was fantastic. I needed to adjust the delivery date due and they were able to reverse the shipment, have the computer checked for damage upon return to SimplyNUC, and then deliver on the new date. Love the PC I bought. There are 3 fans on the unit. One of they hits the case someplace. It never runs durring normal operation but it does as startup. I though about diving into it and fixing but it has not been a big enough deal. Pc runs cool and it is not realy an issue.

There was an issue with the build, but they made it right! and did it quickly. Can't ask for more. Everything works as advertised.

A product I could not find elsewhere at a reasonable price. A solid product, less expensive than the competition but more expensive than I wanted to pay; however, my client didn't mind in the least. Overall, a good experience. I cannot give five stars at this time because I am waiting on feedback from my client about the product.

I recently purchased the Intel NUC 13 from SimplyNUC. The purchase process is simple and straightforward. Great support, big thanks to Nicole who helped me to link my order to my account that was created after the purchase.

Product works as expected. Running Ubuntu out of the box, very convenient. Customer service was helpful in setting expectations regarding delivery.

Overall a good experience but a couple minor issues.
First, shipping was initiated twice and the first tracking number was nullified but kept in communication and caused some confusion.
Second, My attempts at fresh installation of Win11 repeatedly failed. There's no indication whether the issue was with Windows or the NUC itself. Eventually I did a search and found out there was a well known issue with Intel's latest network chipset and the non-trivial solution involves manual intervention in the Windows installation process, which may not be easy to understand and execute for a common consumer. Maybe a note regarding this in the package would have helped, but then it may scare off some buyers. Anyway, the end-to-end experience was not as smooth as I'd hoped for.

I made a mistake in my initial order, and they helped me fix it easily. Since then, the machine has worked great, one of my best computers ever.
