Training was very informative. This was more of a refresher for me as I had done Core of Knowledge back in 2023 but it was really good to refresh my memory and knowledge. This industry is forever changing so its good to know that there are companies out there developing courses that are this informative. Highly recommend!

Fabulous demo of machines, enthusiastic and supportive team

Absolutely outstanding service and machines. I have both the Dermatherm radio frequency machine for skin tightening in face and body. My clients enjoy the treatments and the results are great. I also really purchased their microneedling device which is really good. Trainer Becci is outstanding, really helpful, responsive and knowledgeable and just such a lovely person. Everyone in their head office who I have ever spoken is also really friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend

From the initial call to the free demonstration in the salon, it was professional and organised..
Becci travelled a few hours to come and do a demo, as soon as she said UK manufacturers, based and support, I knew I was heading into the Silhouette Family...no pushing or hard sell required... 4 weeks later, my machine was delivered and one to one in salon training completed. I took on the RF machine, results are amazing.... I will add another machine next year and it WILL be with silhouette

Silhouette have been an amazing company since I first enquired with Becci about a machine last year.
They are such a personal and friendly company, and it seems that nothing is ever too much trouble.
I purchased a radio frequency machine last year, and it’s been such a popular treatment, and I’ve had amazing results.
I have now just invested in the IPL machine! This was delivered in person(not a courier company!)
Becci has come to me for training for both machines, so I haven’t had to travel either which is so helpful!
She has also always been on the end of a phone when I’ve needed any help or support.
I cannot recommend this company enough ☺️

Fantastic company to deal with!
From the very beginning—choosing our equipment, right through to in-salon training—the support has been outstanding. We’re especially grateful to Stacy, our trainer, who travelled up to Scotland and was there for us every step of the way in the lead-up to our 25th birthday launch event.

We’re proud to have introduced Microface Intense and Dermatone into our salon as well as the appropriate products. We are on track to paying off the machines quicker than we thought.

I deliberated for a while on purchasing the dermatherm, Stacey was very patient with me and on hand with what’s app messages/replies when I had initial questions. The whole process was so smooth from purchasing the machine, delivery and the 121 training- the girls are amazing and I loved that Becki came to my salon to train me. Loving the machine itself and the results I’m getting, can’t wait to do more training and already trying to decide what to buy next haha
