Highly recommended. Ordered a coffee grinder from them, and it arrived incredibly quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately there was a manufacturing issue with my unit, but they sent a replacement very quickly and managing the return was painless. I was sent a faulty grinder. Contacted the company, they replied super quick, provided a pre-paid postage sticker to send the faulty item back and issued a replacement, all without me even asking.

Sigma #1 Coffee in the World

Since elevating my brew of coffee every morning, I wanted to push the boundary into what really coffee is and how far it could go to just beyond the word "coffee".

Finding Sigma on Google, over 2 years ago - I have never ever stopped shopping with them for my bags off coffee. There insanity choices of coffee range from the crazy fermented to the posh hills of Panama/Geisha coffees which to be honest, is the high society of coffees nowadays.

As someone who has elevated their coffee game, the coffee is different and extremely vivid in how the coffee lingers in your mouth afterwards and pushes your palette to a level of where you question beyond on whether this can be added to curries and bakery - I've used their coffees in lentils, cookies, bread, muffins and they all work but note one thing, the flavour off the dish will keep changing day in and day out and having Sigma provide such wonderful choice of arrays off coffees is a true blessing beyond words.

Should new customers purchase Sigma coffee? Absolutely, not because of being biased, but because the service they provide is literally quick and easy, no faffing and they go beyond towards ensuring quick and fast customer service in their discounts they provide and the in depth knowledge of what process each coffee goes through.

Too me, as a Software QA Specialist, I can't find any fault with Sigma and to be fair, why would anyone want too? I think their website is my idea of the Willy Wonka off the Coffee World :).

Summary: Sigma Coffee is the fine wine of the Coffee World with coffees that will change anyone's view on what coffee really is and can become?

Purchased a grinder from them last month.

I suspected the grinder is faulty as the settings change wildly with even the tiniest movement of the dial. Emailed them for support, gave some evidence on the 11th of March, was asked to clarify my problem on March 12th (which I did) and have been ignored since then.

I have forgotten that this website is a total scam and I purchased filters from them again only to have been scammed by them again. They send the filters to themselves. The package never left UK and they don't want to refund me the money so I'm taking this directly to the bank. LET THIS BE AN EXAMPLES TO EVERYONE SCAMMED BY THEM TO CONTACT DIRECTLY THEIR BANKS!

The team firstly posted my original coffee machine immediately and I received it immediately.

After this there was quite a gap of contact as I did not need them. I started getting issues with y coffee grinder. I reached out to them and they supported the request immediately with no questions asked outside of validating the issue.

Great support from Michelle, and the team fixed the issue and posted it back to me with no fuss.

I work in the customer experience space, and I would say that unfortunately a lot of the time organisations get it wrong. Sigma Coffee on the other hand did not. Bravo.
