I had a fantastic experience with Earl Coffee and wanted to give a special shoutout to James.

I needed a replacement part for my DF54 grinder and wasn’t sure what to expect, but James went above and beyond. He was incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and sorted me out with the part free of charge, which I genuinely didn’t expect.

On top of that, the delivery was fast and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels this personal and genuinely helpful.

Highly recommend Earl Coffee — great company, great service, and a big thanks again to James for making it such an easy experience.

Great experience and I love my new machine (Sage Bambino Plus). Earl Coffee had the best price and offered next day delivery. Only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 is that use Royal Mail for delivery. IMHO - the least reliable delivery service available and sure enough next day become 5 days later. Not Earl Coffee's fault - although I'd encourage them to use someone else for their next day deliveries.

.... But the machine is Great.

After some online research, I chose the kettle I wanted. It wasn't available at any of my usual sellers, so I decided to try Earl Coffee. Really pleased it arrived the next day, well-packaged for shipping ... and works well.

Before buying a coffee grinder through Earl Coffee, I emailed customer service with a query about the product. James from Earl responded within 10 mins. My order was delivered the next day.

My husband received a white coffee kettle from our children for his birthday. He would have preferred black but it was out of stock. I emailed Earl Coffee and they said we could return the white kettle and they would send a black one once it came back into stock which they did. Their customer service was excellent. Big thanks to James who was so helpful, friendly and efficient. Top class customer service.

It was my first time ordering at Earl Coffee and it was a good experience: my order was delayed but I was kept in the loop and the item was delivered as soon as possible. Good price too

I was browsing some websites looking for a DF54 coffee grinder but could only find it in in stock in a colour I wasn't so keen on.
This was a Sunday night so thought I'd message a few to enquire on stock.
James at Earl Coffee came back to me that same evening advising they would be getting more stock in the following week of the colour I was after and said I'd be able to preorder the following day.

I did this and the grinder was delivered quicker than I had imagined, well packaged and at a great price.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Earl Coffee again!

Great product with excellent quality, unfortunately not compatible with the machine we have, which was totally my mistake. Returns process very easy with quick response when return requested and refund processed quickly. Would definitely use this company again.
