I ordered a ECO solid state relay and a E60 gasket. I was told it would take a FEW MONTHS for delivery several days later after I asked for delivery schedule. I asked for full refund and they only refunded the SSR but not the gasket. Contacted them again and got ignored.

Shop elsewhere if you need items in less than a month. Ordered several “in-stock” parts in December and made it clear they were urgent for my business.

Five weeks later there’s still no delivery and I’ve received no meaningful updates or dispatch confirmation, despite chasing.

If items aren’t actually available or there are delays, customers should be told in advance, or at the very least be transparent after enquiring.

Ordered a Coffee grinder, I had made an error and the order the wrong grinder. Very good and responsive customer service helped me correct this, it was dispatched on the same day and delivered the next day all being two days before Christmas

Purchased a brand new commercial coffee machine a year and half ago. On installation there was a faulty piece that had to be replaced. After 2/3 months we experienced issue. Asked for repair under guarantee and be told to pay a deposit that would be kept if considered our fault. So we gave up as we were short financially. A year later a set of shots was not working. Because of guarantee period they said they can't do anything and propose a list of engineers that don't depend from them. Shots turned more watery with the time. At the end had to purchase a new machine from a different company who offer free services as long as we purchase their coffee with a reasonnable quantity. Should have picked them at 1st so wouldn't loose 2K+engineer visits.

Very hard to recommend. Ordered an item. My bank confirmed but Shopcoffee refused my card - no reason why. Ordered again with a new card. No email to confirm purchase despite my card being debited. Sent an email to make sure everything was ok a few days later. No reply. I know it's the run up to Xmas but if your company is bogged down then you .. inform customers and apologise, surely?

On two occasions this year, I have tried to make purchases with this company. On both occasions a week later after taking payment, they have told me the item is not in stock. Yet they are prepared to take payment and their website says it is in stock. On both occasions, I have to wait for a refund.
This company is an absolute sham.

Perfect orderd on the Sunday deliverd on Wednesday great place with a big range of spares for any coffee machine.

Ordered a coffee maker for a birthday present expecting delivery after a few days only to be told that they were out of stock.
If it says on their website it’s in stock, I would check. Buyer beware with this company.

Very happy with my purchase from shopcoffee although the checkout process was anything but easy. Choosing to go through ApplePay caused the system to think something dodgy was going on when choosing which card I wanted to pay with, so blocked me. I am all for security but it made the process unnecessarily difficult. Trashing cookies allowed my browser back onto the platform and I finally managed to make the purchase.

Quick good service

I needed a ring burr holder for my Baratza Coffee Grinder and Shop Coffee were very helpful with advice and sent the item promptly. My only quibble is that I thought the postage and packing was a bit steep at nearly £5.00 for an item weighing about 7 grams. it was almost half the price of the replacement.
Otherwise, very good, prompt service.

picked up following day then told machine I ordered was on back order 5 weeks time. SHOP COFFEE REFUNDED My money for machine without question. It was a shame as I believe they are a good company.
