Purchased 2 items from this platform in the last month. And had poor experience on both.
1st item took 3 weeks to arrive. Once it did, item doesn’t fit.. item stated fit “like a large” and definitely does not. So now I’m out the $250 I spent on this no name dress.
2nd item, was purchased and then confirmed a week later, then received an email stating its no longer available. They don’t offer any sort of “were sorry” future discount or promo code for the issue, when its clearly an organization error on their end. Deleted the App. No longer wish to give my money to this plat form any more. Spend your hard earned money else where.

Hello! Thank u for reaching out! I heard about your Website through a friend. Initially I was excited, so I ordered a pair of Christian Louboutin shoes in size 40 for $300. When I received my order I got 2 different shoes with two different heel heights, making it very uncomfortable to walk in. I wasn’t too happy with my order as I haven’t been able to wear my shoes & I’m out $300

I loved my purchase. It came in excellent condition and super fast delivery

Market sellers operating in this platform are far better than the shopthing sellers.

I am so disappointed with my experience. I purchased a secondhand pair of Chanel shoes for $600 and was then shocked to be charged an additional $294 in duties. Nearly half the cost of the shoes again, just in unexpected fees! For a resale item, this feels outrageous and completely unfair. Had I known about these excessive charges, I never would have ordered. Absolutely not worth it and I will not be shopping here again.

I am a repeat customer, and this should say a lot in itself! I have purchased several items from Mariam, and I have never been disappointed with her services or the items I have purchased. I highly recommend that you shop with her for any of your needs.

I love this app and customer service is great! They do take time to confirm & ship your items but it’s not a big deal for me at all. Brand new items where the shopper goes to the retail store are authentic and most of the other items I see are authentic as well, however, be careful of preloved items. I purchased two Chanel jackets and several months later I sent them to Real Authentication and both were deemed to be counterfeit. Regardless of how long it had been, I sent ShopThing counterfeit proof and they immediately refunded me my money in full after sending back the two jackets to them. Overall, I’m still a loyal customer but as with any preloved stores, be on alert!!!

I absolutely love this app because I can get the most unique and beautiful luxury brand items for such a steal. The app is super easy to navigate (which makes my shopping experience dangerous) and they always ship my products with such care. Love using shop thing live and looking forward to all the new goodies!

First things first I got an email from the company that I violated their policy and gave my information to a buyer to take our business off site. I have never sold a thing on this website and when I asked for proof there was none and the representative was not responsive at all. Second, their items are reasonably priced, customer service is ok but it takes weeks to ship your items if you won’t find out after weeks that your purchase is cancelled. It has happened to me quite a bit. On her last mystery box event Maggie promised to ship items in two weeks. It is August 20th and we still have nothing. Overall the idea was great execution not so much.

I love this app! I have purchased many things from here and have had an overall good experience. The only issue I have come across was once when I purchased a bag and was told weeks later that they no longer had the item available. I was disappointed that it took so long to find out, and that it seemed a bit unorganized. But my card was refunded and that has only happened once!

I've been using shopthing for a few years now and overall have had good experience while buying with them. Real designer items at good prices. I only came across an issue one time with a specific seller who was new to the platform but ShopThing solved the issue and refunded me quickly.

Purse came via regular mail and shoved into a small mailbox. Did not come to my front door as I would have expected. Packaging was simply a large envelope so the purse was squished into a small space and misshapen as a result.

Great service and support! They did their best to solve my issue and I’m satisfied with the outcome.

The process is easy and have had no issues with the actual orders so far except for the time it takes for the shopper to confirm the item. If it’s showing as available on the site at the time the order was placed I don’t understand why it should take that long to confirm.

My son absolutely love the Gucci slides I got for him! The app is so easy to use and they were delivered less than a week later!

I enjoy using ShopThing app, I'm able to find deals that would normally taking hours of hunting. I've found some really great items. My complaint would be that most items can't be returned, and finding out the item doesn't fit after that long shipping wait is a bummer.
