I would give it a minus there was an option. Their customer service is terrible, they have poor communication and there is no way that you can actually track your order. It’s been more than 2 months now and I haven’t received my package yet.. I have sent many emails to them and all I get is to show patience and wait for my package. This is unacceptable behaviour.

Shipping takes too long considering that I'm paying $25 for it.

It is the best online market place for second hand products. Amazing service and authentic products. I love how it is a mix of both used and new products and the variety that is available. Great customer service team that always responds quickly.

Delivery was untime, experience was good!

I would like to see multiple items being able to be charged at once instead of one at a time. If you guys could partner with Klarn or Afterpy that would be super amazing as well.

I really enjoy shopping at ShopThing and am glad I have discovered it. I wish there was more discounts provided during live events. Overall, it is a great brand to buy luxury products.

I have been generally happy with my purchases. You get to see many items you would not be able to if going shopping yourelf. Especially preloved items. And some sales seem very exclusive like warehouse sales which i would not be able to be included in if it were not for personal shoppers.
What i dont like is that preloved items cannot be returned. Clothing and shoes are very difficult to purchase if not tried on.
Sizes are different among brands and clothing may look different on my body type vs the shopper showing item. I do think return should be allowed somehow.

Playing the mystery box game not knowing what you get is another thing shop thing does amazing . I’ve played all their mystery box sales that Maggie has done and always been so impressed with what she’s pulled together for us all. 10/10 recommend trying if you haven’t already. Can’t wait to see what my boxes will be. Keep up the good work ladies!!!

Dishonest Practices and Refused to Return Duties

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with ShopThing. I returned a bag I purchased that was shipped from the U.S., and their customer service originally told me I could receive a refund on the duties and taxes paid, as long as I submitted the return details to CBSA. I followed their instructions, submitted my CBSA refund application, and was later asked to provide proof that the item was exported back to the U.S.—as required by customs law for a refund.

Here’s the shocking part: ShopThing never returned the item to the U.S. as they claimed. They kept the bag in Toronto and later resold it in their Canadian warehouse sale.

Not only is this dishonest, but it also left me stuck paying duties and taxes on an item I no longer have, which ShopThing lied about exporting and profited off again. Their communication completely stopped when I asked for a shipping confirmation showing that the item went back to the States.

This experience shows a serious lack of integrity, and I would caution others to be extremely careful when ordering from this company, especially when international shipping and duties are involved. You may end up paying hundreds in extra charges for an item they keep and resell without issuing a proper refund.

Can't return usually. And the app isn't great - no option to go to beginning of an event, if you leave a question on an item hard to find it again unless it's in wishlist, wishlist u have to start at beginning if u click on an item to look. The app is not great. They charge pst ans extra tax even if you are in Alberta. On 25% off sale it's not actually 25% maybe 13-18% and they always have an excuse when you email support. But they so have nice stuff and sometimes you get a great deal. But often they cancel on you so its always 50/50 if you get it.

Despicable company that doesn’t follow through with refunds and is not up front about charges

It’s a great deal and I love shopping with you guys but the shipping wait time is kinda ridiculous. 3 weeks before it’s even shipped?! If you had better ship time I would buy more product with you.

I was looking for a gift for my girlfriend's birthday and wasn't super sure what to get her as I'm not really knowledgable when it comes to buying clothes. I decided to give this app a shot and seeing the items on the shoppers and having the ability to message and interact with them made the experience so much easier! I managed to get one of their preloved items and it was in great condition!

The most wonderful shoppers and shopping experience!

My only issue is you can’t make multiple purchases at once and have them shipped out together.
