I've been shopping on this app for quite some time. I would say that I frequent the app about once a day and maybe average a purchase of once a week for the last 2/3 months. I understand the rules are the rules and government taxes are what they are. But I ran into two MAJOR issues that I believe all buyers should be AWARE of lately. First thing, when you purchase a mystery gift you have to purchase, they item from that said mystery gift if you win the gift card and then await a refund. So, make sure you have additional funds available to do so. Second MAJOR thing, for ALL US buyers if you buy in CAD or from a seller in CAD you WILL have to pay additional DUTY taxes, and the seller has no clue what these tariffs could actually be mines have ranged from $20 to $80 per package/item. I am truly disappointed that you actually think you're getting a deal but ultimately may wind up paying more than the item is actually worth in the end. Although the items are genuine and usually in great condition, I'll have to take a pause from purchases after I receive my next couple of items because the unknown can get to be too pricey and ShopThing customer service has an oh well attitude about it.

Toooo slow in confirming and shipping the order. By the time you get the order it is easily 3-4 weeks.

Shopthing gives so much variety of items to love and purchase, and once you find your piece. Buying and transaction is a swift. Items comes in wrapped with love and care.

It took a week to have my item confirmed, I had a question you guys totally ignored. I wanted to have this item before I went on vacation, ordered 3 weeks before leaving to ensure it would be enough time but the whole process by the time I get my it will be about 5-6 weeks. You didn’t answer my question if I can just cancel the item, and will still proceed to ship and charge me. This is frustrating.

My experience has mostly been positive. I would recommend investing resources into shortening the time to shipment. It should not take up to 3 weeks to ship. Otherwise, please continue to enhance the app. Recommendations based on past purchases could be better.

I order from ShopThing often and have always had a great experience. Most recently, I purchased a preloved Chanel wallet — it arrived quickly and was in excellent condition, exactly as described. I really appreciate their reliable service and smooth process every time.

Easy to see the items - through videos and pictures - UX is great - can filter by CAD vs USD and by brands!

I got an email from DHL that I had to pay duties on my item. I wish this was told me before as the duties were $54!! It should be included in the total price or warned prior to purchase.

I am a Shopthing customer long time , one thing i can say the quality of service has fallen behind . The shippent has been concern from beginning, but was used to it as its a small price you pay in new business but the service is kept deteriorating now in few years . The new preloved and marketplace is good initiative but lack good sellers and they dont keep the promise often deliver product with imperfections that is not mentioned n description. Recently i bought a Gucci bag , title was brand new but had stain and scratches. Even after sending email with pics Shopthing customer service denied return stating its marketplace item .. felt cheated as even being vip customer they are not able to provide proper support .Must say these new preloved items most of them wont have all pics ( sellers always seems hurry to get to next product )and descriptions lack detailing . Shopthing should honour customer if the item is different from what mentioned in product description,i have bad experience there

Love the deals and product offerings. Sometimes the girls are not that truthful about a product and keep the damage out of the video. The shipping is also very long. Sometimes waiting a month for the delivery - this is something that they really need to improve on.

Good quality product, authentic and good pricing. Only problem is the shoe sizing

It’s always fun shopping on this app but there is a feature or category I would like to see one day added to the app that will def help me shop better which is searching by products type
Sometimes I am looking for pump only or belt or sneakers or a wallet and I don’t have time to click on every event to search for those items of interest
Would like to see in the filter tab a new section for specific products i.e: wallets - shoes- belts - sunglasses…etc
That will help me find what I am looking for faster because I sometimes give up trying to search every event

You need to know the market to buy some good stuff in this app. Higher fees but sometimes you find some gems so I think is still worth it!

I have gotten several items that I loved but this last time fendi bag was a waste of money. It came with obvious scratches on it and it wasn’t shown in the advert.
