I don’t often shop online but I was so impressed with what the presenter was saying about the Mulberry silk bedding I decided it was definitely something worth trying especially with the money back guarantee.
I’m delighted with what I purchased. The delivery was fairly quick, the bedding was fabulous and exactly what I’d hoped for.
After using the silk pillow I no longer have neck pain and the silk duvet is perfectly warm and comfortable ( with the cotton duvet cover that I purchased elsewhere )

The demonstration of the paint sprayer on TV before I bought it was great. The goods arrived in good time and were very good value for money.

Absolute junk and service is a waste of time don’t bother with these cowboys no return for broken items not happy AVOID !!!!

Wrong item sent emailed numerous times it's now MAY still know refund looks like I will have to take ShopOnTV to the small claims court...worst on line shopping experience I've had.

Supposed to be delivered within 3-5 business days but took them over a week to actually dispatch it

Shop on TV customer services really need to get their act together when it comes to chasing orders up, I ordered a Tower casserole only for it to go missing while been in transit with Evri which with Evri's record is no surprise. After over a week and me constantly phoning Shop on TV I finally said give me a refund and to my surprise Shop on TV say they cannot offer refunds themselves and can only be refunded by the seller who they will contact. Shop on tv said they would keep me updated on progress of my return which they never did. In total so far I have phoned shop on TV four times requesting they chase up my refund. At no point have shop on TV phoned me about the progress it's always me who phones them. In my opinion shop on TV have very poor customer service. They are happy to take your money but are in no rush to get it back for you

No parcel tracking, parcel took over 5 days to deliver, customer service not good as they could not give me any idea of when my goods would arrive. Pretty poor really considering the cost of delivery was £6.95, Most companies that I order from would be delivering next day for that price and with parcel tracking too.. I won’t be using them again..
